Apartments themselves are average but the elevators are constantly down and when you try to ask the front desk about it they get impatient and offended about it. Had a negative experience with Emma R. on the phone about it after an already long day, I get it’s hard for everyone but I was asking about updates!! 👎🏻 Moving my gf out of here come the end of lease

I really like my unit at Crest at Pearl. The building has great amenities, including study rooms on every floor, a pool, a gym, and more. It has everything you’d want in an apartment community. The rooms are very nice, and the apartments themselves are spacious and comfortable. What truly sets Crest at Pearl apart, though, is the staff, especially Lilly and Sophia. They were incredibly helpful throughout my entire move-in process, giving me a tour of the facilities and always responding to my emails and calls with patience and care. I’m genuinely grateful for them; they’re a big reason why Crest at Pearl runs so smoothly, and even now, anytime I need help, they’re always the best!

Lived here since August and have loved it so far. I have not experienced any issues with bugs, maintenance, noise, or elevators, and my apartment is beyond beautiful. I would recommend anyone sign here as the staff is the best and I really feel as i got the most bang out of my buck ^-^

I lived here Spring 25. The elevators were frequently out of order so I had to use stairs. I understand this is a worse concern for people who live higher up or have difficulty with stairs. Besides the normal noise and trash that comes with West Campus, I had a good stay. I used the gym and study room frequently but never got around to the pool. The also offer 20 BW pages to print each month with was very helpful for assignments/career fair. No fire alarms and respectful residents. I felt safe (gate very easy to get into but this is the case for most west campus apartments especially on days with parties) and it was nicely located near campus. Utilities did seem inflated. Parking garage has non-reservable spots but very spacious.

Recently went here for some business, and had a pleasing experience. The elevator wasn’t working when I went, but I think it’s fine jogging up to the 2nd floor. However, I do understand how painful it could be to have to live in one of the higher floors when this happens. The restroom’s in the apartments are also very nice and calming; especially, William’s toilet. Overall, lovely experience, with only some minor annoyances.
