I have lived at Crescent for some time, and I would like to recognize the outstanding work of the new management team. A special thank you to Juan and Ashley for their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to the residents. They are always approachable, responsive, and genuinely take the time to listen to people’s concerns. It is clear that they care about the community and work hard to make Crescent a great place to live. Since the new management took over, I have noticed positive changes in communication, resident support, and overall community engagement. It is refreshing to work with a team that treats residents with respect and understanding. I recently had a great experience with Crescent Apartments. The property is clean, well-maintained, and in a really convenient location. The amenities and overall atmosphere made it feel welcoming from the moment I toured. A special shoutout to Ashley in the leasing office she was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Ashley was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive to every question I had. She made everything smooth and stress-free, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping residents feel comfortable and informed. Excellent customer service like hers really stands out. I would definitely recommend Crescent Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live in Austin!

Ashley gave the greatest tour that I could ask for. So informative and knowledgeable. Everything I asked she knew. She gave great recommendations on things to do in the area and all of the features of the complex. To top it off she was such a great person with the best personality. Can’t say enough! The apartment was absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location. For the price, you can’t ask for anything better!
