Please Please Please Please do not move here if you can help it. #1. It is roach & RODENT infested. There are rats inside and outside. We reported our apartment having rats to the manager and he chuckled and asked “is this really your first time noticing” - as if this is just some sort of standard in the complex. They’ve eaten food, my dogs food, pooped on counters, etc. I’ve lived there for a year and it hadn’t been fix so i can assure you this willl be a problem for a while. Yes they’ve sent pest control every blue moon - clearly there’s a bigger issue here and when we first reported it, it took about a month for anyone to come. #2. Maintenance is inconsistent - it’s been taking a while to get certain stuff fixed no matter how we report online or in person, they just say “we’ll send someone”. For example the window to my apartment has never been able to fully shut meaning technically anyone can open it and enter my home if they wanted to - and when they weather gets cold, i can’t stop the indoors from being cold because of the window AND the heater doesn’t work. #3. Please understand that you get what you pay for so if this is all you can afford just understand you won’t get quality and I’m okay with that, except rats are CRAZY.

if I could give this place a 100 negative stars I Would. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!. this is a horrible place with an infestation of rats! On the 2nd day of living here I was greeted by family of rats including Master Splinter himself. I tried notifying the phone number listed on my move in paperwork only to be informed the option to page maintenance was disabled by the property. So I called Code Enforcement to report this violation. I was informed a report was made but also that this particular property is a frequent violator with not complying on code violations. Meaning they are well known for not fixing anything and breeching lease contracts. I also contacted the health department and I am now seeking legal representation for the amount of anxiety this place has caused me and not to mention the panic attack that could've easily turned into a heart attack because of my medical conditions. I have documented every incident including photos and videos. I do no have a working dishwasher which is a breech of the lease contract. And now property management won't answer my calls, emails, or even come to the unit to speak with me on this matter. They're completely ignoring me. I continue to have issues with this property, my advise .... look elsewhere that is not affiliated but City View at Mueller or its associates. They are only worried about getting their rent money but not worried about tenants mental health or unit conditions.
