Centennial Place Apartments

Maintenance has damaged my property, sub floor has holes and uneven areas, Maintenance has a habit of Improperly installing things or repairing things a good example is my tub spout is loose and when I asked for a repair they attempted to glue it in place with caulk which didn't fix anything, if Maintenance damages your stuff if it isn't on camera you will not be reimbursed for it. I had requested that my toilet was repaired as a Bolt is missing and they just ignored it. If you want a apartment where your Maintenance crew cares this isn't the place for you.

Jeniffer and tiffany are great management they do everything they can to fix any problems you have asap ….they are amazing the apartments are old but they make sure the inside of the apartments are nice with new appliances before moving in and apartments are nice inside and affordable prices !!!!!

Awesome location. The office staff was very helpful and the property was nicely tucked away off South Congress & William Cannon. They have GFiber internet for there residents.

We lived here for over 2 years and our entire time calling this place home was honestly the best experience for our first time moving out of our parents place. Neighbors were all very friendly. The staff and management were also very friendly and amazing with quick responses. I honestly couldn't complain even if I tried to. Thanks to Jennifer and Tiffany for always being the best! We will miss our home but it was time for a bigger place for our growing family.
