If you rent from a landlord named, Susan Hyman, stay far away from this evil person. First, does not return deposit, will refuse to provide an itemized deduction sheet. Nonetheless, will NOT provide any maintenance help and expects the renter to figure it out. Also, resorts to name calling her tenants, “dumb”, “stupid”, or “ignorant”. I truly believe this is one of the worst human beings, I have ever met.

For starters, Phi Kappa Psi is directly adjacent so if you live on that side it is going to a worse time than if you live towards 26th street. The complex itself maintains a chill atmosphere, while maintenance is responsive, though they can be overwhelmed with calls at times. Residents can save on rent if they share with roommates.

Very nice apartments. Great floor plan. Well-maintained except for elevators. Need to be cleaned and painted. They smell dirty as well.

This place is pretty trashy. The backdoors to the building are usually not working. You pretty much have to walk past trash from this complex on the streets and a horrible stench from the San Antonio side. The unit maintenance varies from unit to unit. My landlord was very great and responsive, therefore maintenance was completed very promptly. Several instances where there were building-wide plumbing issues and the water was off for a day multiple times. Towards the end of the year, realtors swarm your apartment to show the condos and trap a fresh flock of UT students for the next school year.

Visited Austin last week and stayed at my friend's place at this location. The houses are nice. Very convenient location. Lots of different food places nearby (halal bros, in n out, wattaburger) and clothing stores too. There's also a 7 eleven nearby which made my trip that much better!
