The truth is terrible service more than a week ago we made an application they ask for and ask for the same documents that have been sent to them and they never give an answer they have wasted me a lot of my time they are very slow they are not professional at all they told us that if they would give us the apartment and to date they only tell us to wait is the only thing they know how to say

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. While I was living there, my motorcycle was stolen and I was told nothing could be done because there were no cameras. My apartment was infested with roaches no matter how much I sprayed, so was my neighbor's unit. I stayed on the first floor and the person in the unit above me was constantly throwing their dirty, dog pissed filled mop water over the balcony onto my patio. I was told "they would see what they could do" which turned out to be nothing. Not to mention the heroine needles that were constantly dropped out of their windows. My neighbor across the courtyard got their door shot at, and their unit was broken into in the middle of the day. Another man was beat and shot at right outside my door. The first day I moved in I found a notice from March sent from the complex regarding someone who had been murdered in their apartment. People play their music so loud and if I asked them to turn it down, I was told to call the cops (who never did anything). Horrible, horrible place. I would never recommend that place to anyone I care about. 0 stars (I only put 1 because I had to)

Living here has been difficult. Our vehicles were burned down by neighbors' ex boyfriend. Despite the security, things are still bad. The manager has not been helpful, but since they cycle through management its to be expected. Also, it's not safe for a family. Do not let new paint fool you. Still the same problems here. If you dont have to dont settle for less.

Our family had the opportunity to stop by Capitol Crossing today and tour the community. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The grounds were clean and well-maintained, and both the amenity spaces and resident areas were clearly cared for. Chala, the manager, along with the leasing agent, were incredibly kind and hospitable. They even had snacks ready for our girls, which was such a thoughtful touch. Thank you for creating such a positive and inviting experience!

Absolutely awful. I lived there for more than 7 years and the new color of the apartments are absolutely horrendous. The rooms never change and are nearly the same. There are roaches absolutely everywhere and they claim to have people who spray in there regularly, and that is completely false. They don't even spray every 5 months. It's been a year and nobody has ever came in trying to spray the room to kill pests. I moved into apartment 1213 and almost a day later I saw a rat. There were a total of 5 rats in the house and possibly more. I called someone to get rid of them and all they did was drill a hole in the wall and never sealed it until I told them to. Almost all the staff doesn't speak English or uses broken English, and they are terrible at their job. They moved me into 416 saying I would be there for a few weeks. I was there for 3 MONTHS! and when they FINALLY decided to move me back, they broke the dishwasher and now it hangs out the spot it's in and I had to break it more to push it back into place. I sued them and they evicted me and all they did was fill the gaps inside the stairs like they were supposed to. And on top of all that stupid mess, I was harassed by one of the men flipping signs to Capitol Crossing. He told me I was a "shawty" and groped me when I said I wasn't interested. Whatever you do, PLEASE DO NOT STAY IN THIS APARTMENT. The people are rude, the staff is incompetent and unprofessional, and the only nice people are the ladies in the office. Keep this worthless apartment low rated until they actually decide to do something about these problems.
