It's ls the worst place I've ever lived. Full of drug dealers & users that constantly breaks into our homes, steals everything and the management actually leaves the hall cameras turned off so they don't have to do anything about it. This way the government will keep paying for these street people to stay here instead of on the public side walks. Win, win for both of them . Community Foundation gets their money from the government to keep the creeps off the city s public sidewalks , I know because they even brag about not having to pay no more than $ 25.00 to stay here and their voucher from the city paysthe rest

Yeah, the rent is (for Austin) cheap, but the place is crawling with bedbugs and then they want to charge you hundreds of dollars for a treatment that doesn't get rid of them permanently! Laundry room is miniscule and machines are constantly broken. Elevators are regularly out of service.

Imagine living in a place with a bunch of crusty old men and former homeless people who sit outside all day and smoke cigarettes by the doorway and cat call your female guests. Then you have a visitor policy that restricts you from having more than 6 TOTAL people a month. Your friend needs to pee after 10pm. Just for them to use your toilet for 5 mins counts as "an overnight visitor" Every guest has to sign in and out like it's a prison and have their pictures taken at the door. This place discourages having outside friendships.
