Lovely staff. Very professional and caring. Beautiful property and awesome kind neighbors. Itâs very calm and quiet. Great location and conveniently right off highway and somehow zero highway sound is heard.

Thank you Alexa for your constant efforts in always taking care of us here in Canyon Springs. You, your assistants are very much appreciated, as is the maintenance team. Management and maintenance under Alexa has been the best thing for me and the residents here. Thank you to all of you, especially to Alexa bringing on change and great communication since being at the helm.

Totally found this one on accident but man what a gem. Beautiful and I mean BEAUTIFUL community and units. What impressed me more was Darrell and the rest of the team. My client and I came in with a very quick move in of two days. We had spent 2 days driving all over the city and our final stop was Canyon Springs. You know what they always say...save the best for last... Darrell had an outstanding presentation. He was very informative in a relaxed non-pushy fashion. Very refined. He was extremely personable and we spent the entire tour laughing. My client and I had that "this is it feeling". The biggest challenge was the time frame we were looking to get this taken care of before he went on vacation. Huge pressure. Darrell made the entire process happen from application to lease signature in less....LESS.... than 24 hours. My client is extremely happy and moves in tomorrow before leaving for vacation. Darrell and team. Can't thank you enough. A huge part of the clients satisfaction with my service is held by the leasing team which doesn't always go well. Thanks to Darrell my client is extremely satisfied with my service and I'm sure you've helped me secure a lifetime client. Thank you for everything you do!

Nightmare experience - Water Damage and Mold From day one, our unit had extensive water damage from a leak that occurred the weekend before we moved in; a major flood from the upstairs bathroom that soaked the foyer, entry closet, and even leaked profusely into the common area outside. Thankfully, neighbors warned us of this incident so we could get a head start on this draining process. We noticed that the door trim and all baseboards showed signs of water damage. Clear indicators that repairs were not thoroughly completed...yet they allowed us to move in. I was assured by the property manager, Alexa, that the situation had been addressed and that there were no signs of mold. I returned to the unit and found visible mold growing in the closet ceilingâthe exact area I had asked them to inspect and monitor weeks prior. This entire experience has spanned weeks of back-and-forth, stress, and delays, with minimal accountability from the property. I submitted 19 work orders, and while some minor cosmetic issues were eventually addressed, core concerns like water damage, potential mold, and a lingering dog/mildew smellâwere minimized or outright dismissed. Quoting the assistant manager, Mellisha, during our initial meeting: âWell, I walked the unit and didnât see or smell anything.â ......Please get your eyes checked. When I brought up bubbling and warped baseboards Again in an in-person meeting, Alexa said they would paint them. Ignoring clear signs of ongoing water damage. No professional mold inspection report was ever provided, and now, just as you would imagine....mold is visibly present! Oh, and the trim and baseboards were "closed" work orders that were not actually completed. We have had to reschedule movers and cleaners and have no peace of mind or a safe place to sleep. Proceed with extreme caution if you're looking to lease here and document. every. single. thing.

I lived at Canyon Springs for only eight months, and enjoyed my time there. However, with most apartments, there are pros and cons of living at this complex. Pros: -The management and maintenance teams are friendly and quick to respond -The complex felt very safe and quiet -Location and access to the greenbelt is amazing -They host resident events -No ridiculous add-on fees Cons: -The apartment was not in the best condition when I received it -Appliances are not stainless steel as advertised - I had to make several maintenance requests for things that shouldâve been fixed before occupying the apartment (the biggest issue was that two months into my lease it was discovered by the gas company that the hose on the water heater was not connected and couldâve resulted in a gas leak) -Their contractors destroyed my outdoor rug when they were repainting, and management never provided me with their contact information to raise the issue (we were not advised to remove everything off of our balconies) -The doors are not properly sealed, and lots of bugs (mosquitos, spiders, flies, beetles, etc.), scorpions and lizards entered the apartment -Management charged for carpet cleaning after move out when the carpets were left in immaculate condition (see photos). Yes, I had two pets and I know theyâll say it was related to them like every other apartment does. -Taking a left onto 360 can be challenging -Mosquitoes will eat you alive
