Victoria was so sweet and gave a great tour! very informative and friendly! The property was very nice, clean, and well-maintained. She answered all of our questions and made the whole experience welcoming and comfortable.

I toured CR with leasing agent Victoria. She was super patient and listened to my requests in an apartment and even suggested touring a different floor plan than I initially intended that she thought would better suit my needs! She was absolutely correct too! Property was beautiful.

I love this property. Best amenities and multiple beautiful pools. Great customer service so far from the office team. Maintenance always active. The four star review is only because some residents are very dirty and forget this is a luxury place but you cant have everything. Definitely recommend i just renewed my lease.

Where do I even start , if I could do zero stars I would, property is visually nice on the outside but everything is either breaking down or infested on the inside, I was supposed to move in (in July) and on the day I moved in realized my apartment was infested with roaches, during my tour 2 weeks prior I asked if we could tour the unit I was getting and the front office said they couldn't because someone was living there , to my surprise when I went to the front office to complain they told me "yeah the previous tenant did not leave it in good conditions when they moved out in december", catching them in the lie that someone was living there only 2 weeks prior. This led me to believe that they knew about the infestation and didn't even bother to check the unit before my move in. They then took us to another unit to see if that one was liveable and to my surprise I check the sink and there's dead roach remains inside, this led me to just immediately leave. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE!! Don't believe me check the videos I attached which includes the unit number, videos of the infestation, and just for further confirmation a video recording of the outside so you can confirm with your own eyes that it was Camber Ranch.

I am breaking my lease due to the following issues: This is by far the trashiest “luxury” apartment complex I’ve seen. I’m adding pics of what you would see on a day to day basis walking around the complex, you pay for a valet trash service that picks up the trash when they want to, and doesn’t pick it up if they don’t want to. When we first moved in, December, right away we had a mouse problem. Called the office, one of the guys brought us a few glue traps. That was it. We bought our own poison and blocked off the spaces around the garage door where the mice were coming in. The security gates worked for a week out of the 5 months we’ve been here. The so called 24 hour access to the gym and clubhouse was limited to 5pm daily for 3 months while they had “app issues”. Honestly my biggest issue is the trash not being picked up in a timely manner and leaking on the ground in front of my apartment not to mention that trash is left all over the complex and there’s questions of why there’s a pest problem? From the trash!! Honestly for the amount of rent they charge here and the valet trash fees, is exorbitant, for the way this place is managed. I’m over it.
