We spent 3.5 years at this property and really enjoyed our time here. The grounds are kept clean, repairs are done quickly because the maintenance team is top notch, and we’ve enjoyed each of the 3 or 4 management teams we’ve worked with. Mostly quiet neighbors, the pool is nice, gym has the basics, and we didn’t have any pests (which has been an issue at past apartments). The location is 20m from downtown (more with traffic), 20 from the airport, and still has a decent amount of cool stuff nearby (Woodrow’s, Torchys, The Far Out, Ramen Tatsuya, etc). The apartments themselves are in good shape with updated trim and appliances. If I had to criticize anything, it would be the silly cube sinks that don’t drain well and the water saving shower heads that reduce the pressure. Still though, if you’re open to being a bit of a drive from downtown, the price difference is worth it and you won’t regret it.

Complex is great and maintenance is top tier, Jeremiah came through when the AC broke and fixed it in less than 10 minutes. Great guy and super friendly!
