Complex is great and maintenance is top tier, Jeremiah came through when the AC broke and fixed it in less than 10 minutes. Great guy and super friendly!

Beautiful apartment. Ik this may seem like a fake review but no this team went above and beyond for me specifically Rosy. She put me in an apartment in literally 26 hours from the first phone call and walked me down every step to do so, never getting annoyed even tho I asked her like 5 times the same question. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to get my first apartment.

We’ve been living at Bridge at Southpark Landing for the past three years, and we just renewed our lease for another year. It’s truly been a great community to call home - peaceful, well-maintained, and conveniently located. A special thanks to Maribel for making the renewal process so smooth. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and quick to answer all our questions. Interactions like this really make a difference and show how much the team cares about residents. Overall, I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to live.

i have lived here for 5 months and Since i ve moved in here i only have had issues with my upstairs neighbor with loud noises and Management had done nothing to help me at all, they are aware that this person has GYM equipment and that's a clear violation of the rules and still Management had done nothing to help, i have had to call the police 3 times and i have to leave the apartment to work and also be away from the constant noise, I Brought these multiple times and the Manager just said that my only option is pay my rent, I Do not recommend living here! UPDATE AFTER MONTH after a month is that management has decided that they want "give me another apartment option" but they want me to move out last day of the month and move out in one day safe to say I do not Recommend living here

I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, but I genuinely felt like this one was well-deserved. I’m currently in the process of moving into Bridge at Southpark Landing at the end of April, and even though I haven’t fully moved in yet, I already feel incredibly confident and excited about this place and a big part of that is thanks to Gretchen Palm. From day one, Gretchen has been the absolute best to work with. She’s warm, professional, and incredibly responsive. No matter how small or specific my questions were, she was always just a phone call or email away, and she responded quickly every single time. That kind of attentiveness and reliability goes a long way when you’re dealing with the stress of moving and trying to get everything in order. What really stood out to me was how genuinely she cares. It didn’t feel like I was just another name on a lease, she made the process personal and easy, and I always felt like my concerns were being taken seriously. You can tell she takes pride in making sure residents are happy from the very start. The complex itself is also beautiful modern finishes, clean and well-maintained grounds, and an overall peaceful atmosphere. One thing that gave me even more peace of mind is knowing that a sheriff lives on-site in the community, which adds a great sense of safety and security. That really stood out to me when weighing my options, and it’s just one more reason I feel confident in this decision. If you’re looking for a place where the staff truly listens, takes care of you, and creates a welcoming environment from day one, I’d absolutely recommend Bridge at Southpark Landing. I’m really looking forward to calling this place home. And thank you, Gretchen! you’ve made the entire experience smooth and stress-free
