Bridge at South Point Apartments

I was 18 when I moved in and July 25th I turned 22, I’ve been here for years and have enjoyed my stay and seen this property improve rapidly, the maintenance team has great kind and professional people, management is next level down to earth salt of the earth folks, affordable safe right next to the shopping Center and multiple bus stops not too far from downtown, sincerely a great place to live.

I've been a resident at this complex for almost a year now, and I have no second thoughts about renewing my lease for another year. From the office manager to the maintenance team, everyone does a great job of making sure residents are happy and well taken care of. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, it's usually resolved within 24 hours — which is something I really appreciate. The staff is professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The location is also a big plus. It’s close to everything I need — grocery stores, restaurants, and easy access to main roads. It makes daily life convenient and stress-free. Living here has been a smooth and pleasant experience, and I'm looking forward to another great year

I've really enjoyed my time living at Bridge at South Point. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any concerns or maintenance requests. The community is well-maintained, and it's clear they take pride in providing a great living environment. I thought these apartments were really nice at first, but after I helped my friend move in and get some stuff for his apartment I started noticing that his cat and I were sneezing a lot and then he started sneezing a lot and then we started catching a lot of colds. I spend a lot of time here because I helped him he's in a building man and I clean and cook the laundry and I started noticing black spots on the ceiling so I investigated further and looked in the ventilation system and oh my God tons of black mold. So today we're going to the office let's see how professional they are

I’ve been really impressed and grateful to Briana and Aisha in the leasing office, and one of the maintenance crew whose name I didn’t catch. They have all been welcoming, helpful, and conscientious. All the neighbors I’ve met have been really nice and considerate too. Overall the facility has been clean and pleasant.
