Bridge at Mesa Verde

My family and I have been at Bridge at Mesa Verde for 2 months and love it. The property is gorgeous, electronically-gated (Always works too!!) and maintained beautifully. The leasing staff are absolute professionals....especially Ms. Lindsay. Attentive, honest and kind are the words that come to mind. Our apartment was a 10/10 when we received it. The leasing process was smooth...even the new tenant portal works well. We had a fix-it issue (my fault) the maintenance staff were at my door 2 hours later and had it fixed within 5 mins. The property is exceptionally kept and feels very safe. The neighbors are all very kind, privacy respecting and quiet.

I'd like to state that the apartments are nice and for around $2,400.00 monthly seeming worth the price. UNFORTUNATELY, there are serious noise issues that have been ongoing since 11/01/2025. There have been at minimum 20 incidents. Our downstairs neighbor BLASTS music after 10 PM (up until about 3;30 AM) to the point that our entire apartment vibrates - like it is now at 12:17 AM Sunday morning 3/01/2026. The management does not address the issue or return our calls. We always contact Ranger Protection Services' (the security company) voicemail which has been effective but they take hours to address the issue. We have left messages for management but they have NEVER called us back. We've gone into the office and the first time and they were nice but subsequently they have been rude . It is my impression that they are basically realtors trying to rent the apartments. To managment's credit the pervasive weed smell we advised them of has abated. This is likely the result of the neighbor taking his two large dogs to the pool area after hours where they run off leash while he vapes in the lounge chairs. Our red flag regarding managment's effectiveness and concern should have been that on 6/03/2025 shortly after we moved in, the police and the coroner arrived at the neighboring building. A dead body was discovered in the downstairs unit. The upstairs neighbor related that she had repeatedly called the office for over one month complaining of the foul odor and her belief that her neighbor was dead since his Audi was covered in dust and she couldn't remember the last time the parking space was empty. She related that she was told by management that there was no issue.

I had a great experience working with Lindsay. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire leasing process. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the experience feel smooth and stress free. She genuinely cares about helping residents and providing excellent service. I highly recommend working with her!!

I had a great experience throughout my entire leasing process. This was my first time leasing an apartment on my own, and the team — especially Lindsay — made everything so easy to understand. She was patient, professional, and always quick to help with any questions I had. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. I’m very happy with my new place and grateful for the support I received along the way.

Toured with Lindsay and she was a spectacular. She highlighted the community of this property which as someone new to Austin was super important to me. She took the time to listen and helped me find the perfect unit for me and my needs. I would definitely recommend touring here and doing so with Lindsay if you can. From what I saw, the property is great with plenty of green spaces, nice units with good layouts, and Lindsay mentioned they host resident events twice a month. Also I really liked the gym and yoga studio seemed like a great plus!
