I moved in October to Bridge at Balcones . The personnel and maintenance always on top of things. If you need maintenance that day they come and fix it. A call from the office as Courtesy to see if you are satisfied. Rent is not that expensive it’s affordable for people to move in.

The front office and maintenance teams are great. They are always quick to solve whatever issues I have. The rent and location is also good. My only complaint is that there have been a few instances of loud arguing outside at odd hours, but that's not really the fault of the property staff.

I lived here for a year and loved the place! The Apartment was beautiful with cathedral ceilings and I loved the loft. They did a lot of community events with treats for the tenants but the thing that will make me miss this place, is my interactions with the staff. The only thing I didn't like about this place was how packed the parking lot can get. The manager, Stephanie, was extremely prompt with taking care of every issue that came up and she made a huge impact with her flexibility during an unexpected emergency. She is BY FAR the most efficient, professional, reliable and responsible property manager I've encountered in Austin. The maintenence staff is very prompt and friendly too. I didn't want to move away and I know whoever has my previous apartment will love it here.

This is ridiculous. What kind people wants to live here! Building 5 , Strange peoples (neighbors friends) hanging at the apartment stairs . They are sitting on the stairs, they are eating something and they leave all garbages, cigarettes, drinking cups. It is happening a while ago. Sometimes strange peoples are sitting at the stairs. If you want to pass them and walk through, they did not even move from stairs. There is no security. Gates always open, they are going out and they are coming at all. Ground floor super dirty, you can see the grocery car, garbages! We already talked management but nothing changed. Kids living this apartment complex and management must do something!
