Both Edward and Natasha were incredibly helpful with selecting my apartment, walking me through the leasing process, and any last minute maintenance before I moved in! Also Rainier as a company has been great to work with, quickly getting back to me on all questions and giving me time when making my decision!

Had our car towed a few hours after sending out an email reminding people to register their cars online. We've lived here for 8 months now and this is the first email they sent about it. Didn't do anything during ACL but 10 days before Christmas was the perfect time to start enforcing this permit stuff. Cool, thanks.

Submitted a service request for a leaking toilet which was addressed next day. Great! But came home to a dirty bathroom and the maintenance technician didn’t actually complete the work. The maintenance tech left trash in the bathroom, didn’t recaulk the base of the toilet and didn’t place items he moved around back to the original place. When I called to check if the technician would return to complete the work they sent him back to take the trash and caulk the toilet. While the technician was wrapping up the work he informed me he used an entire roll of toilet paper, I had just put out, as a paper towel to “clean” the waste water and feces that had accumulated under the toilet due to the leaking toilet. He didn’t use any cleaning supplies, or PPE to protect himself or prevent contamination while working on the toilet, he cleaned the area w just a roll of toilet paper. I called the office to inform them of the issue and let them know I would clean up the bathroom. The leasing office apologized and offered to replace the roll of toilet paper which I declined. Didn’t make really big deal about it which I think I could have seeing how there are so many issues including health/safety and theft. Fast forward to the end of day, I came home from work to find a two rolls of toilet paper at the front door and a lease violation for a nonexistent unauthorized occupant. Talk about passive aggressive behavior. Not only did the manager not call to apologize, they one upped me by sending me a lease violation letter for something that isn’t even happening. I’d give less than one star if I could.

Edward G made my apartment search easy and seamless. I had several bad experiences with other apartments before I found this place. The apartment is great, location is stellar and Edward has the best service! I plan to stay here a while
