Great experience overall staying at a Blueground apartment in Austin. The check-in process was smooth and very easy, and the team was helpful and responsive throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

Do not use Blueground by any means, their customer service is atrocious and often not responsive, always tossing you to another department, never taking accountability. Incredible ripoff, terrible experience

Do not (DO NOT) rent an apartment from Blueground. We rented an apartment in midtown NYC in October 2025. They are the worst in customer service. The apartment is not taken care of. The refrigerator had a service light on, the AC had a change filter light on, there was an electrical issue in the kitchen where you had to reset the GFCI outlet for the coffee pot to function, the curtain in one bedroom was torn and hanging off of the curtain rod, a door handle to one of the bedrooms fell off, we had no dresser in one of the bedrooms even though we were staying for a month, the desk chair arms were falling apart, one of the burners on the stove did not work, shower handle in one of the bathrooms did not work and it was very difficult to turn the water off. This place was awful! You want maid service?? Maybe they will show up and maybe they won't?? You never know and they have a 9 hour window to arrive. I asked for maintenance and was told to prioritize what I wanted repaired. I asked for a 2nd dresser and was told to "feel free to utilize the top shelf in the closet". Just awful. Avoid. Its all done by an App so you never speak to anyone. You could not pay me to ever stay at one of these properties again. Never, ever, ever. The worst. Response to your comment: Your response is lame. Just because other renters put up with this low, neglected and awful quality of housing doesn’t make it right. In the end, I did quit reaching out to Blueground because it was useless and a waste of my time. I realized you guys weren’t going to fix anything. That’s money out of your pocket. Besides, you had renters coming in right after me. How do I know that? You accidentally sent me all of their contact info in an e-mail to them. That is how incompetent a company you are. Blueground is a money grab. They do not care what kind of condition the property is in. I stand by my review.

Avoid at all costs - you are better off renting somewhere directly, you will save yourself a lot of money, time and stress. Due to going through BG, you can't deal with any rental apartments directly, so simple stuff like them informing the apartment of your car reg (I paid for a VIP space), they have failed to do, which resulted in my car being towed. Stuff like fob access, if there is a fault, you will be locked out your building and good luck getting access in a timely manner. They charge high service fees and inflation on every bill - which you would not mind if you was getting a service. I would rather save that money and go unfurnished and cut out the middle person and stress.

My wife, dog and I stayed here for 2 months and enjoyed it. We both worked fully remotely with one person at the small kitchen table and the other at the desk. It was a bit tight on space for the three of us but thankfully we're good in close quarters. The internet speed was great for two remote working professionals even with video calls. The in complex gym is rather good so I cancelled my Planet Fitness membership and solely used their gym. Package delivery is seamless with the package lockers by the front office. Parking is gated and secure. This is located on a major road so anytime we took our dog out there was lots of car noise and traffic which wasn't enjoyable but that's what you get for being so close to down town. You're in easy walking distance to the trails along the Colorado River, which we used multiple times a week as well as nearby parks. This unit is on the inside of the complex so it's not overlooking the street which is good for blocking most noise. The bedroom is in the interior of the unit with no windows so it's super dark (I slept the best ever here with the darkness and scheduled air conditioning with the Nest Thermostat).
