As a UT dad this is the best and easiest Hall from which to pull up and pick up your UT student.

It's the least developed and most run down out of all the honors quads, but hey, it's home Thanks to my floor for making it a great year. Many memories were made in the attic study area.

Spent a summer in Blanton doing an internship before senior year at a college in Upstate NY. Coming from a school where many of the residence halls are older than UTexas, I found the rooms to be adequate. Being summertime in Texas, I was very glad to see there was air conditioning in every room. That was not an option at my college unless you lived off-campus. The bathrooms were kept clean. The vicinity of the nearest dining hall was nice. My school was so small though both dining halls on campus were about the same distance as the short walk to Kinsolving.

Great location, rooms are a little small but cozy, close by Kinsolving Dining Hall, and a couple blocks from the drag. Nice way to meet people and get involve in the Honor Quad community!

Blanton was cool I guess. The washers/dryers were kind of hit-and-miss. The guys in the Blattic are weird. The only good thing about community bathrooms is not having to clean them up, otherwise I would have preferred at least having a source of water in my room (no sinks either). Rooms are pretty small, but lofting beds over desks gives you some more space. South end rooms get a sweet view of the Tower.
