I am very disappointed with my experiene here. Residents are charged for pest control, yet spraying is only done if you specifically request it. I have dealt with roaches, ants, and other bugs in my apartment and had to repeatedly ask for treatment, only to be told they only spray when requested. This should be handled proactively, especially when tenants are paying for pest control services. Additionally, I renewed my lease for one year with Joseph and clearly explained that there was a mistake on the original contract—I wanted a 12-month lease, not a 15-month lease. A new contract was signed, but it was never scanned into the system or added to my documents, causing unnecessary confusion and frustration. The front desk has also not been very helpful when trying to address concerns or get issues resolved. When I have called security for noise complaints, no one answers, returns my calls, or comes out to address the issue. It feels very frustrating when concerns are ignored and residents cannot get assistance when needed. I also reported that my patio smelled like old urine from a previous tenant. I was told someone would come clean the patio, but no one ever came or followed up on the issue. Overall, communication, customer service, and follow-through have been very disappointing. Based on my experience, management has not been responsive to resident concerns or maintenance-related issues.

My daughter lived here for 3 years. The apartments are very nice, clean and well taken care of. The dog parks are nice with an outdoor dog wash. There are walking trails around the complex, a gym and a pool. Office staff is good and helpful if you need them. Downside is it always smells like skunk weed and has an abundance of loud cars, trucks and people.
