Bell South Lamar

Manoj is great to work with. We’re currently partnering with him on a Pet of the Month collaboration between EarthWise Pet South Lamar and Bell South Lamar, and he’s been wonderful throughout the process. He’s very punctual and informative which made everything smooth and easy. He’s also genuinely pleasant to work with, which makes a big difference in partnerships. My experience has been wonderful at Bell all the way from my first tour to finding my new routine at home. My leasing agent, Manoj, listened to my apartment “must haves” and found them all, and within budget. Manoj and the other staff are very communicative and quick to respond for maintenance requests or general inquiries. The facilities are very quiet and nearby peaceful neighborhoods to walk through. Bell South Lamar is a great place to call home.

We moved into Bell South Lamar about three months ago and couldn’t be happier so far. It’s a great value for the money - the amenities are solid, the location is great, and having a park right nearby is a big plus, especially if you have a pet (and yes, it's very pet friendly). The staff has been great too. Manoj, in particular, has been super friendly, honest, and always happy to help with anything we need. It’s been a really good experience overall, and we’re glad we chose to live here.

Bell South Lamar Apartments are a wonderful place to live. I feel so peaceful with all the trees, grass fields and quiet areas (even being next to a busier road). Manoj has been a great Leasing Consultant from the very beginning. When I came to tour the place, he asked what I was looking for and showed me the perfect spot that was exactly what I needed (yard, easy access, good mix of sun/shade). I’ve been very happy here for the last 2 months. He is very attentive and quickly responsive to my many questions. The maintenance team has done a great job fixing things (doors slamming shut too loudly and light fixtures not working), promptly fulfilling these requests. This is one of my favorite apartment complexes in Austin (I have lived in 5+). Thank you! 😊
