I been lived here for 2 years and had a great experience. The staff was always super friendly especially Mr John and the manager and helpful. There was always enough parking for myself and guests. Premises were kept clean and all my work orders were fixed within a day. The location is also great,

Well, I can't rent here for "reasons" but Marilyn and Carla were very kind and professional explaining why😊. I toured these apartments when I was a teacher at Dobie MS back in 2014, they are lovely and affordable.

Austin Parke Apartment is a very good apartment with very pleasant and efficient staff. It is a very secure apartment. I recommend it to anyone who wants to come and live here. I have lived here for almost two years and I really appreciate it.

These are older apartments, but I was very satisfied the year and a half I lived at Austin Parke Apartments. Staff is very friendly and communicative! Most tenants are families, so it felt safe. If something was broken they usually fixed it same or next day. Location is great for being close but not in town with plenty of amenities within 10 mins. Never had big bug problems, pool and gym were efficient, and always had parking. Now it was not always perfect, washing machines were hit and miss sometimes. I had mail stolen once, but staff was always trying to make it better. And for the price I paid for rent, I was very happy with what they provided and would rent from them again.
