I had a great experience with the leasing office, especially Lisa. She was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Lisa answered all of my questions and made everything simple and stress-free. I really appreciated her responsiveness and positive attitude. Highly recommend working with her!

I never leave google reviews but I toured this apartment and immediately felt a great community and I was highly impressed with the manager every place I went to tour the managers always had a bad vibe or something was just off but Michelle (property manager) was amazing offered me water and to come to the breakfast club if I remember correctly so welcoming I have a couple apartments I need to tour but this one is 10/10 just off the vibes of the staff and the apartment itself :) keep up the good work !! Incredibly impressed

I honestly love living here. It's an older complex, so there are some things that aren't perfect, but overall it's wonderful. They keep the campus always looking gorgeous. Plants, pools, and grounds are tended to frequently, so your environment is always more than pleasant. Staff is always on their game and available for help. Because I had a lease transfer, documents were a little tricky, but management was there every step of the way. Whenever I have made a maintenance request, it is met promptly! Never longer than 24 hours, and more likely it would be around 3 hours (or less). If you're looking for a quiet, lovely place to live, I'd recommend Austin Midtown.

I have lived here for about a year now; here is my experience. I will start with the good. All my interactions with management have been nothing but stellar, every time I have an issue someone is always there to work with me or help me figure out what to do. Even with rent, the management team here has been nothing but kind, understanding, and very helpful. On top of everyone being kind and friendly, there are frequent events that the office hosts for the community here that have been very nice. I particularly enjoyed gift wrapping all of the gifts I was giving out last year. :) Similarly, maintenance has always been appropriately quick when something is broken or needs fixing. I have never had a bad experience with them at all, and they are similarly friendly and kind just as management is. The amenities around the complex are very nice, having two pools and a dog park. The large trees that dot the property also add to the visual appeal. I was sad to see the bigger trees around my apartment cut down, but that is not really anyone's fault as they got infected and had to be removed. Though, it is nice to see the little leaf buds around the stumps, meaning they will grow back eventually!! Lastly, and most importantly, the placement of this property makes it EXTREMELY walkable. I do not own a car, but the 803 takes me to work very easily and I more or less have not had any issue at all living here. There are a bunch of shops and restaurants in the immediate area, and a Walmart that is walking distance away in case I need something. That alone has made living here great, but all other things I have mentioned are pluses. :) This leads me to the not as good. The biggest drawback to living here is that it is an older property, so the floorplan of my apartment is a bit strange, and things can break down a bit more often than a newer property. My AC unit broke down a few times, but again maintenance was quick to help me fix it (and thank god, Texas heat is no joke). That said, for the price of the space I personally find it to be worth saving a few hundred a month on rent versus staying somewhere new. The other thing is the gate situation; I imagine that it was probably built because other tenants felt unsafe, but I genuinely do not get why. This property is in northern Austin not too far south from the Domain, and there are plenty of businesses within walking distance. It is one of the biggest pluses to living here, honestly. There is a small neighborhood of houses close by as well. This is all to say, I don't know what personal experiences other tenants have had, but I have never felt unsafe in the complex or in the area AT ALL. Anyways though, as for the gate itself. The entrance and exit by the front office are straight forward, but they had to close off one of the entrances to the property, and they also had to make one of the entrances an entrance only with a sort of key fob thing. Uber drivers/delivery can't access it, only residents with the key can access it, so using those services and leaving the premises is a bit more of a headache than it was beforehand. TLDR: The place is nice, just old. Management and maintenance are willing to work with you and are kind enough to offset that fact. There are a lot of nice events hosted here by the office as well. Dealing with the gate is annoying, but it isn't impossible. I would recommend this place, especially because it is cheaper to stay here than other properties in the immediate area, and you aren't giving up much by choosing this place. It is safe enough to walk around here and go see a movie, get a bite to eat, or just pick up something at the store. The walkability is definitely a huge plus.
