Registration is ridiculous, cumbersome and tedious. My mind is blown how you cant get ahold of anyone you need to speak with. Been calling for days. Got a welcome letter but no id. Then found out the welcome letter is wrong and they need more documentation. WHAT?!! This is bogus smh -100 stars!
