ATX Tower

I was torn between another building and ATX TOWER. They are very similar, but the customer service and attention that I was given by Shawn sealed the deal for me. I wasn’t just another person looking for an apartment to him. I have a very nervous golden doodle, and I had some concerns. He went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information that I needed to make my own decision. I never felt pressured, and after I signed my lease and picked up my keys I felt relief moving to a new city is hard enough, but having someone who I felt like it was an advocate for me, and my dog was a bonus. I’ve been here for a couple of months now and I absolutely love it and my noise sensitive doodle is quite happy and loves our walks and the quiet neighborhood behind. Ask for Shawn he will take care of everything you need and more!

Living at ATX Tower has been an exceptional experience from the very beginning. What truly elevates ATX Tower, however, is its outstanding maintenance team. In particular, Armando Lopez deserves special recognition. Armando consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel cared for and supported. Whether it’s responding quickly to service requests or performing routine upkeep, his professionalism and dedication shine through. Armando approaches every task with efficiency and thoroughness, often anticipating needs before they become issues. Armando’s commitment to excellence creates a sense of trust and peace of mind. Knowing that the building is maintained by someone who genuinely takes pride in his work makes living here even more enjoyable. He communicates clearly and consistently follows through—qualities that are rare and invaluable in property management. In a city filled with new developments, ATX Tower distinguishes itself not only through its upscale design but also through the people who keep it running smoothly. Armando, the maintenance team, as well as the entire Leasing Team embody the building’s promise of high‑quality living. We had a seemingly lovely tour of ATX Tower and after some debate were planning to sign an apartment here even with the rents not exactly being justified compared to some of the other options in Austin. We do love the natural lighting the building allows. The day before leasing we recognized in some of the office sales materials that the gym and 55th floor spaces are marketed as shared amenities between residences and office employees. This was never mentioned in our tour and left up to our own discovery which felt disingenuous and deceptive. The fee sheet nickel and dimes you to death, and to not even have truly private amenities while paying for them leads to a really bad value proposition compared to other options in the city at this price point. As a note, Tishman is an office developer at its core. I lived at a previous Tishman building (Jackson Park) which I saw as a net positive (better quality build and elevators). Both Jackson Park and even The Crossing in DC are way more amenitized than ATX tower (sauna, steam, dual pools, basketball courts etc) so it’s shocking to me they would reduce amenities here and further make them shared. Neither of these had office integrated in the same building. It concerns me as well that the office space will require tenant improvement construction that could very well indeed interfere with the residences. Such a bummer as this could have been a real gem in the ATX market.

ABSOLUTELY WORTH THE WAIT! Moving into this new high-rise in downtown Austin has been an incredible experience. There were some construction delays, but the moment I moved in, I knew it was worth every bit of patience. The building is stunning from the pool and gym to the rooftop penthouse lounge, everything feels first class. But what truly sets this place apart is the team. Rita, Erica, Kayla, Shawn, Heather, Eddie, Erick, Issa, Thomas, Al, and Caitlin are absolute pros. They’re friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents. Whether it’s a quick hello in the lobby or helping with something unexpected, they always go above and beyond. If you’re looking for true luxury living in Austin with a staff that makes you feel like you’re coming home, not just coming back to an apartment, this is it.

ATX Tower is absolutely stunning! The views and amenities are definitely unbeatable compared to everywhere else I toured. The apartments themselves are also incredible. Very light natural finishes. I chose this place because the location is perfect and they have floor to ceiling windows with best views and amenities. Their team was also very nice and professional. Shawn gave me the best tour I’ve ever had, and I toured every option Downtown. He was very knowledgeable, transparent, and has made the search for my new home easy and enjoyable. I’m super excited and cant wait to move in November!
