Ashford Costa Azure Apartments

Ashford Azure Costa is a great place to live. The manager, Remi, helped me get into a place pretty quickly, and I was really impressed with how professional and organized everything was. They truly keep the property in great condition. I love the two pools, the rennis courts, and the dog park — the amenities really make it stand out. My one-bedroom apartment is very spacious, and parking is easy with plenty of free open spaces available. The staff here handle things promptly and treat everyone with open arms. I’ve had a really positive experience so far and definitely enjoy living here.

I recently visited the apartment, and I had a very positive experience with Remi, the apartment manager. From the moment I arrived (without an appointment), Remi was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. He took the time to greet every guest who was waiting and made sure to acknowledge them, letting everyone he be right with the a small but thoughtful gesture that really stood out. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Remi graciously showed me multiple listings and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. You can tell he truly cares about providing great service. Thank you, Remi for making my visit such a positive one.

I called the other day and spoke with a staff member name Jaqueline. While on the phone with her, I asked her many questions and she was very polite, patient and respectfully answered all my questions. She seem to be very informative about this property and I had a good experience. Especially compared to some of the other places I have called. From my experience with her, it showed that the staff members at this location truely listen and care about their customers.

I spoke with Sally and she was eager to assist me with all the information I needed. She seems to enjoy her job and is really experienced, which is rare to come across. They were super busy but even under pressure she was able to acknowledge and assist everyone. I highly recommend speaking to Sally for any info you might have.
