I love my building, the team, my apartment and my neighborhood... location is great! I am very happy but I hope and pray that as the building fills up, the residents take care of their places and their common areas... It's really up to management to enforce the rules!

Arbor Park is a place to call home. The apartments are more than one might expect. Geared for needs of "us" getting up in age. From a friendly staff and on site. The Manger is great! She is friendly, understanding and respectful. Maintenance is knowledgeable and quick to respond to any issues. Am pleased that my daughter and son in-law heard about Arbor Park. Thank you!!

The management is great, friendly and very helpful. I love the location and feel safe here. So glad to have found this apartment.

They opened the leasing office 3 weeks ago and they still don't have internet, phone or a printer at the leasing office. I put in an application 3 weeks ago. They told me it was going to be done within 3 days, but they still haven't worked on it yet! They also gave the apartment that was assigned to me to somebody else. They ruined all my moving plans. I have to cancel all my plans and stay where I am. This caused me so much agony and inconvenience. So unprofessional, incompetent, deceptive. They also discriminate against people with disability . This place was built so quick and so cheap they already have problems with plumbing and water leaks. They charge $800 deposit they don't even have carpets inside their apartments. Some people have been moving in for the past 4 weeks, this doesn't make any sense ! The only explanation I have is they are discriminating against me because of my disability and some other reasons.
