These apartments are beautiful and have plenty of amenties, and looks just like the pictures online! I appreciate the leasing staff including Trayquawn, who has given us a very informative tour of the complex. He was professional, insightful, and willing to help.

These are nice apartments. The property is absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend leasing here. To anyone looking to live in the hill country area this place is a must tour. Not far from down town. Nice staff. They were all willing to help with all of my questions and concerns about necessary knowledge on building facts. Thank you team. Keep it up.

I will have lived here for about 2.5 years when my lease ends. I moved here from out of state because it was in a nice area, affordable, and looked reasonable. Unfortunately, the experience, especially after renewing last year, has steadily declined. Trash is frequently left in hallways and torn apart by raccoons, creating messes and odors despite management claiming it is being addressed. Smoking cigarettes and marijuana is common even though it is not permitted. Parking is consistently insufficient, forcing long walks, unsafe parking, and frequent door dings. Reckless driving and broken speed bumps remain unfixed. Bathroom caulk is cracked and mold is present. Maintenance requests have been closed without completion, and staff repeatedly promise follow-ups that never happen. When issues are escalated, management often offers a $25 gift card instead of fixing the problem. Gates rarely work, hallways are dirty, and multiple trash and pest fees are charged despite minimal service. New management took over in late 2025, but there has been no noticeable improvement. At this point, we are simply counting down the days until we can move out. I recommend looking elsewhere before choosing this complex, as the cost does not match the conditions or management

I moved into this complex over a year ago. Under a different management company. It used to be GS and now it’s AssetLiving. It’s terrible now. I wasn’t told until after signing a renewal that in the new year 2026 they would have a new management company. I would have Not stayed. The grounds look terrible, the gate doesn’t always close, the maintenance doesn’t fulfill request, the NEW OFFICE staff does not care about the customer service and speaks to the residents like they don’t matter, and I'm starting to see a lot of bugs. This is not a good bang for your buck! You’ve been warned. Such a great area and basically a o ghetto overpriced apartment. Choose another place because you’ll be disappointed.

Love this apartment and the tour. Very home feeling like I could live my whole life here!! They have a gift wrapping station and lobby for gatherings that I want to bring my family to! Beyond the amenities it is like being in a nature retreat here and you don’t even feel like you’re in the city!! It is so special and everyone is so sweet!!
