Living here almost 2 months now and loving it so far. Can’t beat the rate for downtown, location, and unit size. Daulton and Chase made the leasing process easy and enjoyable. My unit here is far better than the one at my previous building, which was $1k more. Highly recommend!

I am a long-term resident currently attempting to navigate a lease renewal, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. The most significant issue is the total lack of communication and the "service degradation" that has occurred recently. Despite our notice deadline being today, we have received no substantive response to our inquiries. We have tried every available channel - multiple emails, numerous phone calls, and leaving voicemails - only to be met with silence. It is deeply concerning that during a critical contract negotiation, we are forced to deal with unmonitored emails and chatbots rather than having a live conversation with the management team. Furthermore, the lack of an on-site office team makes it nearly impossible to resolve urgent matters. A lag time of weeks for a simple negotiation is unacceptable. If you are looking for a management team that is responsive and values its long-term tenants, you may want to look elsewhere. The current "avoidance" of communication makes reaching a fair resolution nearly impossible.
