Quiet area close to everything. Property management is prompt and helpful. The building is pretty and has been convenient for me to life here close to downtown.

Building management does not communicate and lacks accountability. Multiple units have consistent cockroach infestations. Homeless people live and use the property freely. Maintenance is horrible and doesn't fix anything. The building is poorly maintained and is run by a company called ResProp that puts profits above paying residents. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Stay away.

Yosie was extremely helpful. She explained different apartments at 2 different complexes. She clearly delineated the differences between them. She’s willing to go the extra mile for her tenants. She is truly helpful.

Brady is the new property manager at Alma at Wooward, and he's great, personable, respectful and very responsive. I will be moving out soon to a new city, but I really appreciated my quiet little one bedroom apartment that was so close to all of South Austin, walks through St Ed's and 10-15 minutes to downtown/east Austin. It is a great location for anything you need!
