Nice apartments, would renew again if I wasn’t moving out of state. Maintenance does take a while to get to your tickets but other than that I never had a bug issue upstairs, neighbors were nice!

Building management does not communicate and lacks accountability. Multiple units have consistent cockroach infestations. Homeless people live and use the property freely. Maintenance is horrible and doesn't fix anything. The building is poorly maintained and is run by a company called ResProp that puts profits above paying residents. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Stay away.

Yosie was extremely helpful. She explained different apartments at 2 different complexes. She clearly delineated the differences between them. She’s willing to go the extra mile for her tenants. She is truly helpful.
