I accompanied my niece to view her apartment and the friendliness of staff is exceptional. Michelle (I believe the manager) is so friendly and accommodating in giving us a tour and answering all our questions. My niece is extremely excited and looking forward to her move in date. I am considering looking into this place in May when my lease is up.

Washer and dryers the only two quarters have been broken for a very long time they still charge you for it as an amenity and don’t even try to repair it

None of the washers or dryers work they only take quarters I dried my clothes three times and wasted six dollars and they’re still soaking wet. they overcharge you for utilities also

Michelle was very wonderful, she got me in despite some things of my past! As a person who was born in Austin and raised here, I can tell you it’s a great location, and the staff make it worth the every penny of the great price! Very fortunate to have gotten in here and I would highly recommend!
