I’ve leased very happy tenants residing at Alister Oak Hill. The staff is awesome. Especially Estra! She work seriously, even when she doesn’t feel well to help someone find a home!! I recommend Allister Oak Hill with Esdra included. Rebecca Pinkard with Apartments Here!

I will write my story and you decide about this place: 1. Great pricing, cost for 2 bedroom is like for 1 bedroom down town 2. Ok Pool, Gym, Location, people, parking. Management: 1. When I was moving in, my dad was homeless and I was living in Boston, I told them if they could move my dad in earlier 3 days before the first, they said I'll have to pay 300$. Not knowing what to do and being my first apartment I'm renting, I agreed, then my dad didn't arrive till the first during the actual move in day. They said they wont be returning my deposit even tho he didn't live there. 2. Their portal is great for issue management, but they scammed me hard by putting a cap on how much rent I can pay, I had a limit set automatically on 1300, while the rent was 1400, it only went through and I had to pay whole 200 of fees the next day because of that stupid system, I explained it to them but they refused. 3. While moving out because of it, I cleaned my apartment to perfection, I hired a crew to scrape every inch of it, took out all the trash and the furniture. I was thinking, maybe I'll get my refund back since I didn't cause any damage. Guess what, they ended up charging me 1000$ to repaint the walls, fix sewer, make a new floor. I refused to pay and after talking with a lawyer and their representative they realized its not worth the efforts to scam further. I highly discourage you from this place unless you can't find anything better in the area, Bexley Soco is worth looking at, 10x better

I want to give a shoutout to Joe Garcia, the maintenance service manager. My AC went out in my apt, and it felt like it would take forever for anyone to come and assess the issue, I had already been without it for 12 hours and felt hopeless. I was also told other units lost AC power on the same day. I saw him out on the property and asked for assistance or timeline of when they could come; he immediately stopped what he was doing. He came to install a temporary AC in the meantime of troubleshooting the issue. I appreciate him for his kindness and effort to make the apt comfortable to stay in again!

Alister Oak Hill has really changed mind about apartment Living . Moved her in June Moving from a house to apartment I was a bit concerned I have no regrets and proud to call my place home Whether it's taking a walk in the evening or throwing a steak on the grille This property is well kept No complaints and enjoyed every moment Proud to share these pictures .

I moved from Houston about a year ago and I was used to live in peaceful places. I got my first Apartment in William Cannon and it was a disaster. I found Alister Oak Hill and the girls helped me out, the community in general is so peaceful, my neighbors are really nice. I’ve being living here for a month now and I enjoy it. Hopefully we’ll live here until we buy the house. Customer service is exceptional, Gaby is always trying to help us and the new girl is really nice. If you like to live in a place where you can get home and actually rest without all the noise from the city, but still want to be close to downtown and not so far from the airport. This is the right place to live ♥️🌻
