Although I recently moved in, I have to say I am pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness and kindness of the entire team. I ran into a few issues during my move-in process, but the team was incredibly responsive and supportive. Additionally, maintenance is extremely quick, which is always nice for an apartment complex. Other than the team, the location is great and the complex is nice. Given how everything has been going so far, I am looking forward to the rest of my lease term!

If I could leave 10 stars, I would. This is one of the nicest and cleanest apartment communities I have ever toured. The property itself is beautiful, but what truly sets this community apart is the management and leasing team. I had an outstanding experience working with Iliana, Arielle, and the entire team. Everyone was incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They handled every question and situation with professionalism and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and seamless. I am extremely impressed with the level of customer service and care they provide. It's rare to find a team that is this attentive and dedicated to their residents. I would highly recommend Alexan Garza Ranch to anyone looking for a luxury apartment community in South Austin. The property, amenities, and staff are all first-class. After nearly four years at Alexan Garza Ranch, my time here has come to an end, and it truly feels bittersweet. I have genuinely loved living here and am only moving to be closer to work. Otherwise, I would have happily renewed for another four years without hesitation. The property itself is beautiful, the shared spaces are thoughtfully designed, and the pool is easily the best on this side of the river. But what has meant even more to me than the amenities are the relationships I’ve built during my time here, especially with the staff. Heidi, the property manager, is incredibly approachable and down to earth while still being professional and dedicated to making the community run smoothly. Arielle, the assistant manager, brings such great energy to the office and is always welcoming. The leasing team is hands down the best in town, and the maintenance team is responsive, reliable, and always willing to help, even going the extra mile when needed. I’ve truly enjoyed my time at AGR and will always look back on it fondly. I’m excited for what’s next, but this place will always hold a special spot for me.

Love love love living here! The property manager Romina is spectacular and tries to host community events frequently. The amenities are always clean and it seems that everyone enjoys using them. The inside of the apartment feels nice and updated. There are dogs everywhere but all the dog runs are maintained well. The area is safe and has a lot of walking paths. We recently put in a maintenance request and it was a 24 hour turnaround. Really can’t say enough good things!
