Horrible place! Don’t move here, I went to visit my brother and his apartment had so much mold I felt sick when I left. He had told them about it and they never did anything to fix it.

I've been here over a decade and everything is usually great but recently maintenance came in while I was away. They trashed my place. They also broke my personal things. They also did not leave a note saying they were there. It's practice to call me to tell me they are entering and leave a note stating the date, time, and what they did. Not this time.

I am extremely concerned about the homeless encampments and fires occurring behind Building #2 at Acclaim at South Congress (701 Woodward St). I have contacted the Fire Department and 311 numerous times. My landlord refuses to take action, claiming the fires are on city property. The encampment and the amount of debris continue to grow, and I am deeply worried about the risk of fire and potential criminal activity.

Quaint n lowkey place to live in Austin I’m happy with my decision It’s dated and the gym is lacking but the size, price, and location make up for that .
