It’s been a bit since I left but I guess I forgot the bad review. I took awesome care of my place, only thing I did was leave 2 small holes in the walls (legit 2 screw holes in the wall for a mount). Charged me 1400 dollars when I left. I paid it, I had the money for it and was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get a new place because of that over my head. Management was terrible, my first day there I had massive issues because they sent me the wrong unit number so I set utilities up for the wrong place, apology? I think not, I just wish I was a few years d before renting here. Nothing but scammers looking for inexperienced renters. I wish I could give 0 stars, it’s well deserved.

I have to agree with most of the reviews below, the maintenance team is the best part about living here. They’re always responsive, professional, and quick to handle requests. Unfortunately, management has been the opposite experience at times. Trying to speak with someone or get help can feel frustrating, and the attitude from the front office can sometimes come across as dismissive or unwelcoming. If management improved communication and customer service, this place would be a much better experience overall.

I’ve lived at 95 Twenty apartments for a little over a year and my experience has been great. I’ve had a few maintenance repairs in my apartment as my dishwasher and washer had some malfunctions, but Randy and his maintenance team are really efficient and will always get things fix quick.

I went here to look at apartments and was met with a very rude leasing agent. I understand we all have bad days, but it’s just not right to scare people away like this, you should look for another job if you are not happy… on a positive note, the apartments look great!
