This place is great. Not being biased. I have lived here for 2 years and nothing but good experiences. The maintenance team is efficient and they are friendly. I had my dryer and microwave have issues and resolved within 36 hours. The front desk was helpful always. The property is well maintained and no issues with shady behavior. The only issue I can think of in 2 years is a couple times the gate was broken but fixed quickly. Only moving out because I created more options financially and life progressed. If you're looking here it's a good spot. Close to domain and you can get to Georgetown within 20 minutes. Thanks to the 95Twenty staff!!

Just moved here in October! The maintenance team is superb, Joey specifically has helped us out a ton during our move in process, I appreciate his thoroughness very much!! Just like with any move-in, logistical matters arose, reaching out to the leasing office via email has been working great, I usually get a response within a couple of hours to a day, with a quick fix or reassurance. Overall a great community, I love the little trail behind the complex and most of the neighbors are super friendly. We were lucky to get an apartment with a tiny yard which really levels up the experience here!

I stayed here for a year and expected a much better experience for the price. The apartments are old, worn out, and absolutely not worth what they charge. The worst part, without question, is the management team. They are unprofessional, dismissive, and make you feel like you’re bothering them every time you ask for help. They constantly stall, ignore commitments, and fail to follow the lease conditions they themselves put in writing. It’s extremely frustrating. Community amenities are also poorly maintained, the grill is practically always out of order, and the gym stays dirty despite repeated complaints. The ONLY reason I’m giving even one star is because the maintenance crew and the rest of the staff (not management) are genuinely great people. They are polite, helpful, and actually care about residents, unlike the management office. Save your money and look elsewhere. This place is all talk and zero service.

I lived here for over three years, and unfortunately the experience declined steadily. The management is unprofessional, consistently rude, and makes no effort to hide how little they want to deal with residents. I avoided interacting with them whenever possible, and on the occasions when I actually needed assistance, it was consistently a frustrating and unpleasant process. They promised me a $700 referral credit about a year and a half ago for bringing in new tenants, and despite multiple follow-ups, nothing has ever been resolved. Each time I ask, I get the same empty ‘we’ll check’ response. The apartments are overpriced for what you get. The pool is frequently dirty, there were periods when it literally turned dark green. Several pieces of gym equipment stayed broken for months without repair. I also noticed overcrowded units, with 7-9 people living in a one-bedroom, hosting loud late-night parties by the pool almost every weekend, well past quiet hours. To be fair, the maintenance team was reliable and always responded to service requests quickly, which was one of the few positive aspects of living here. And despite the issues with the complex itself, our closest neighbors were incredibly friendly and genuinely made the experience more bearable. Still, the surrounding area has nothing to offer—it’s essentially in the middle of nowhere. Overall, I cannot recommend this complex.

I am extremely disappointed with the management at 95Twenty Apartments, particularly in the face of Alondra and Ivy. I was unfairly evicted for allegedly selling cars on the premises, even though I complied with the rules once informed. Meanwhile, the manager herself was selling her car in the same location with no consequences—clear double standards. Beyond this, management ignored my messages, denied my rightful referral credit, showed no compassion in evicting my family right before Christmas and New Year, and initially refused to adjust fees for early move-out. Additionally, there have been other policy violations within the complex that have lasted for months, including business activities conducted on-site, yet management took no action against them. We’ve always paid rent on time and been good tenants, yet we were treated unfairly and possibly discriminated against. However, I do want to acknowledge the professionalism of Renee, the head manager. She made efforts to correct the mistakes of her deputy, Alondra, by ensuring I received my referral credit and properly adjusting the early move-out fees. Additionally, the maintenance staff was excellent—always doing their job well. The apartments and location are decent, but the management leaves much to be desired. If you're looking for a place with ethical and professional management, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.
