44 South

I had a great experience touring this apartment complex. I was not experience with affordable housing but the manager explained everything to me. I just need to wait 120 days before my moving date to be able to submit my application. I met the maintenance team Phil and Valentin while onsite. I'm sure they will take care of me and my dogs.

My experience moving into 44 South has been excellent from start to finish. The entire leasing team has been amazing, especially Jessica and Teresa, who truly went above and beyond to help accommodate all of my needs. There was a little miscommunication at the very beginning with a previous leasing agent, but they took care of everything and made the process smooth. They helped me find my dream apartment, and I’m so grateful for their support. The amenities are great, and the entire complex is very well kept. I’m currently in Building 2 and have no complaints so far. I also had my first experience with the maintenance team yesterday—I submitted a request and they came out and fixed it the same day. Super efficient and very friendly. Big kudos to the entire 44 South team. I truly love it here and look forward to sharing more reviews as I continue living here.

I’ve been living here for a few months and have had an overall positive experience. While I initially felt a bit misled during the application process, Kaila M., my leasing agent, quickly addressed my concerns and helped me find an alternative solution that we could both agree on, despite needing an apartment so soon. Kaila proved that choosing this apartment was the right decision. Since moving in, she has continued to be helpful, professional, and genuinely caring throughout my tenancy. The rest of the office staff have also been super responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance. Maintenance has been reliable, consistently completing my requests within 24–48 hours. My only minor issue was a time when a technician did not lock my door after completing a service request while I was away, but this was an honest mistake. The team seemed to have taken my concerns seriously as they always do and I haven't had complaints since. Every apartment complex comes with issues, but compared to other properties I’ve lived at, I genuinely appreciate the professionalism and attentiveness of the team overall; particularly Kaila!

I first want to start this review by stating the staff at 44 south are incredible! From the tour all the way thru the day of move in, Kaila in the front office was awesome, very responsive and extremely helpful. The maintenance team here is very efficient and kind, hell, they even held the door open for me numerous times on my move in day as they knew I was struggling something fierce! I also want to give a shout out to Theresa in the office as well for helping me print out and scan a document several times! I love the look and design of my apartment as well as the furnishings and the air conditioned hallways are a nice touch :). Only reason this is 4 stars instead of five is i'm currently "battling" a small infestation of tiny beetles in the apartment, but Kaila has been great about getting me on the pest control schedules. Overall, great place to live and location, with a lovely staff!

I cannot share enough positive and amazing things about this place. I have lived here for almost two years now, and it has been such a great experience! I moved into a one-bedroom and recently did a lease transfer to a two-bedroom, the front office staff made the whole experience seamless and were so kind and helpful during the whole process. Both units were well maintained and absolutely beautiful, the maintenance team is extremely friendly and exceptionally helpful. Val has done an amazing job anytime I have requested maintenance and has came either the same day or next day! If you're considering living here I highly recommend it, the community here is very genuine!
