I’ve had a great experience living at 44 South and I’ve especially noticed a big positive difference with the recent changes to the office staff. As a resident, it makes such a difference to have a team that is helpful, professional, and truly cares. Jared has been especially great—he is always willing to help, communicates clearly, and handles everything with professionalism. The communication overall has improved so much, and the entire office team seems organized, knowledgeable, and on top of things. It’s reassuring to know that the staff is there to support residents and takes pride in what they do. These changes have really made living here an even better experience, and I’m grateful to call 44 South home.

I have been here for a year, and I was thinking about not renewing my lease. However, since the new manager started, things have gotten better. The new landscaping looks amazing, the maintenance team cleans the hallways and amenities more regularly, and the two coffee machines definitely make an impact on your life when you don’t have to run to Starbucks to get coffee before heading to work. They also always have resident events. I will definitely be renewing my lease. If you are looking for a new place, I definitely recommend to tour this place.

She took the time to answer all of my questions, walked me through the different floor plan options, and made sure I had a clear understanding of pricing and amenities. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and very welcoming. Fallon made the whole process feel easy and comfortable — no pressure, just helpful information. I recently toured 44 South Apartments and absolutely fell in love. The location is perfect, and the floor plans are crisp, clean, and bright with beautiful interior finishes that really make the apartments feel modern and inviting. What truly sets this community apart, though, is the office staff. They are incredibly helpful, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. I especially had a great experience working with Jared. He was informative, personable, and you can genuinely tell he cares about his job and the people who live in the community. This level of service is exactly why I chose to live at 44 South. It has been the best experience I’ve ever had while touring apartments, and I couldn’t be more excited about my decision.

My experience moving into 44 South has been excellent from start to finish. The entire leasing team has been amazing, especially Jessica and Teresa, who truly went above and beyond to help accommodate all of my needs. There was a little miscommunication at the very beginning with a previous leasing agent, but they took care of everything and made the process smooth. They helped me find my dream apartment, and I’m so grateful for their support. The amenities are great, and the entire complex is very well kept. I’m currently in Building 2 and have no complaints so far. I also had my first experience with the maintenance team yesterday—I submitted a request and they came out and fixed it the same day. Super efficient and very friendly. Big kudos to the entire 44 South team. I truly love it here and look forward to sharing more reviews as I continue living here.
