Devin in Leasing Office is always extremely approachable and helpful. His customer service and understanding of the property is top notch. He often mans the leasing office himself and does it with such ease. I am so glad to have a resource like him!

Miguel from 422 at the Lake's maintenance team has been great to work with! He’s quick to respond to my service requests and always gets the job done. In my latest request, he was prompt, friendly, and respectful of my space while I worked. On top of that, he left everything clean when he finished. Overall, he’s reliable, considerate, and does a great job. Thank you, Miguel!

I’ve lived in this building for several years, mainly because of its unbeatable location. While it’s starting to show some signs of aging, the maintenance team, especially Maximus and Miguel, always go above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly. They respond quickly, work efficiently, and are extremely knowledgeable. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about both the building and its residents.

I moved into my apartment just about two months ago, and I absolutely love my place. It's in such a convenient location and has great amenities. When I first moved in, I heard a lot of negative things regarding maintenance and management, but from my experience, they have been great. Maintenance requests have been completed in a timely manner. One of the highlights of my living experience has been Michelle; she has been so friendly and helpful throughout my time living here. I am young and new to the city, as well as just being an adult, and Michelle has been a bright spot in my short time here in Austin.

On the day we arrived at the apartment complex, Michelle was single-handedly managing the office. Although things were clearly busy, she handled it all with ease and professionalism. She is well-spoken, attentive, and made a great first impression. Because of her exceptional service, I’ll definitely be bringing more clients to tour.
