I lived here during my sophomore year of college, and it was the best-managed apartment out of my 4 years at UT. I wish I stayed here all 4 years. The management and maintenance crew are super responsive and efficient. If I have kids that go to UT they're going to live here

We had an incredible experience with Bella today!! She gave us an informative and interactive tour of the complex, and was soooo kind and patient!! She had an infectious personality and smiled constantly. She is the BEST!! We love her! Luke was also very accommodating! We are so excited about moving in this Fall! Hook Em Horns.

We spoke to Shae today at 26 West. She was fantastic!! She answered all my 150 questions, and was so polite and knowledgeable!! I am very impressed with the customer service of this complex. 26 West seems like a safe and secure place for my Longhorn to live. We are excited for Fall 2026!!

If there were an Olympic event for customer service, Tom at 26 West would take home the gold and probably set a world record while he’s at it. From the moment I reached out, he was on it with quick responses, clear communication, and an attention to detail that would make NASA jealous. He made what’s usually a painful process feel like a breeze. Approvals were done faster than I could refresh my email, and he somehow managed to anticipate every question before I asked it. If every leasing agent worked like Tom, we’d all be signing leases with a smile and maybe even a celebratory margarita. Huge shout out to Tom for being an absolute legend at what he does!
