I’m thankful that I have Mel (leasing agent) and Jane (property manager) who actually listen to my issues instead of being dismissive or trying to downplay them or being passive aggressive towards me. 🤨 Definitely go to them if you want someone to take you serious. There’s a new leasing agent but I don’t know anything about her yet, but she does seem nice. 😃 Also, the coffee station is a blessing!!! ☕️ I grab some before I go to planet fitness!

I’m writing this review to share a serious safety concern. My car was broken into overnight while parked in the apartment parking lot. The rear passenger window was shattered, there was damage near the ignition area indicating a possible theft attempt, and an iPad inside the car was stolen. I had to replace the window the next day, which cost around $200. While I take responsibility for leaving a valuable item in the car, this incident raises concerns about parking lot security. I hope management considers improving security measures such as better lighting or surveillance to help prevent similar incidents. I’m sharing this so other residents are aware and can take precautions. Really bad experience.

Living at Trio has been one headache after another. From the moment I moved in, the office couldn’t get my paperwork right. They made multiple mistakes and somehow I ended up being charged for their errors. On top of that, they stack on fees every single month without ever being upfront about them. You never really know what your rent will be because something new gets added all the time. The property itself is loud at all hours, and during my time there I dealt with constant disturbances. Despite keeping my apartment clean, it became infested with roaches because my neighboring units weren’t well maintained. My car was broken into, and emergency vehicles were on the property so often it became a normal part of the week. It never felt like a safe or peaceful place to live. Maintenance made things even worse. They cracked my glass balcony door while repairing the lock and told me not to submit a maintenance request because “it wouldn’t be an issue.” A couple weeks later the door shattered from that crack, and even after I put in requests, they still charged me over $400 for damage their team caused. I even reported a genuinely unsettling safety incident in the gym — a man I didn’t recognize watched me through the windows, tried entering the gym, followed my movements, and made me feel unsafe enough to leave immediately. I sent a detailed message to the Trio team describing exactly what happened and asking them to check security footage. They never responded. Not even an acknowledgment. The leasing team is rude, chaotic, and consistently misinformed. I worked with Mindy during my visit, and unfortunately she was dismissive and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. On the off chance you even get a hold of someone at the leasing office, one person tells you one thing, the next says something totally different. Management changed twice while I was living there, and every transition just made things more confusing. There’s no consistency, no accountability, and definitely no sense of professionalism. I would not recommend Trio to anyone. The stress, the hidden fees, the noise, the safety issues, the careless maintenance, and the nonstop management problems made it one of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re considering living here, skip the headache and look elsewhere.
