The walls outside my apartment were removed due to flooding last September (a pipe exploded). They have not been replaced since. It’s literally just plastic sheets and tape. Also, the apartments building is dirty and loud. The person that lives above me is constantly screaming and stomping at late hours (I have no idea what's wrong with him...???). The water in my shower barely gets hot. Little baby roaches will often appear inside the shower. One time, I took a shower and it FLOODED the unit under me. Maintnence came to look at my shower, removed the shower head for 2 days, and then reinstalled it incorrectly. No security at all, the gate can be easily opened from the outside. My truck got broken into in the parking garage. Management is hard to contact. :/ This is the worst place I have ever lived. Edit april 2025: I have roaches and no AC

Horrible. Apartment did not look like the one I signed for (and was supposed to have a Juliet balcony)they offered me $50. MANY damages to the apartment when I moved in (huge hole in the floor and peeling leather on all furniture) and it smelt like smoke horribly. My water heater stopped working. I have to dry most laundry loads twice or three times due to the old machine. Only one elevator ever works, garage gate has been stuck open for more than 2 months. Construction outside the building is already bad not to mention the construct they are doing IN MY HALLWAY. Walls/ ceilings are VERY thin can hear most heavy walking, loud talking, and other things like washing machines above you. The management for this place sucks there is not a “lobby” with a welcoming desk it is an empty room that usually has chairs even though they are there right now for tours. Hallways feel like a psych ward all concrete. When the back elevator does work I have seen a homeless man’s “bed” from when he slept in the doors in the lobby level. :)

Worst apartment and management EVER! I was already looking for a new apartment two months into living here. There is no communication whatsoever. The fire alarms went off about 10 times in the beginning of the year and now there is a constant beeping in the lobby, which is supposed to be used for studying and or lounge, but that is impossible when the alarm never stops. Then there was apparently a leak and so there have just been holes in the hallway and insulation hanging out of the ceiling for a month now. When I locked myself out of my apartment, which 90% of college students are going to do at least once, there was no emergency number at all. There is a number on the leasing contract but they have terrible hours and are closed most of the day Saturday and all day Sunday. When I mentioned this to the leasing office they just ignore my emails??? Supposed to be new management, but who knows because there is ZERO communication. The list continues to go on, the water pressure is terrible, to the point where I cannot wash my dishes, my dishwasher has been broken since the day I moved in and has not been fixed, and the shower only gets hot if you turn the pressure knob all the way down. If you are leasing for the "locked garage" for the safety of your car it doesn't make a difference because it is always left open. And students have figured out how to open the other side to park in the garage for parties/etc. Overall, wouldn't lease here if it was the last apartment available, not safe, no communication, and just nasty.

Lived here the past year. HONEST REVIEW: Pros: -It's in the cleaner, more quiet area of wampus which is pretty nice. I'm an engineering student so it was also really close to my classes -They renovated the whole place before I moved in and put in brand new gym equipment. -Also loved the study room with free coffee and hot chocolate bar. -this is a pretty small building (only 64 units) so there's more of a community feel to it and less crazy people -people post free stuff and memes in the group chat -main fire alarm only went off once the whole year -elevators were very clean, only saw 1 or 2 spilled drinks the whole year -leasing office was pretty straighforward with pricing and didn't try to lie about chargesor contracts -had hot water the whole year -no mold or leaks in my unit Cons: -some units have fly problems -some floors smelled really strongly of trash bc of trash pileup next to the elevators -elevator broke a 2 or 3 times during the year but was fixed within 48 hours -some people said they had wifi issues but it wasn't a problem for me, i think it's certain spots in the building -the alleyway next to/behind the apt can be sketchy at night, homeless people have been seen sleeping there -i think some people had issues with their door batteries dying but i never experienced it and seems like it was fixed quickly Overall there most problems I encountered were minor compared to other wampus apartments and maintenance would usually get things fixed within a week. Would definitely stay here again. and remember that this is just my experience so take everything with a grain of salt

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. DO NOT TRUST CONSTRUCTION DEADLINES. I usually avoid doing 1 star reviews but living at a Quarters property for my senior year was an awful experience. Amenities at Cameron House (gym, mail room, courtyard, study room) that were supposed to be finished upon moving in August were not completed until MAY (less than 3 months before my lease ended). Every time I asked management for a progress update they often ignored my emails or calls and could not give me a time estimate on when it might be finished. I had to drive to a UPS location 8 minutes away to get my mail! When I called to ask when the study room might be finished I was sassily told by an employee to just study in my room. The study room was completed the week after finals week. I also had stuff stolen out of my car due to the garage being left open for construction and my friend at Sterling House had his bike with a u-lock stolen out of the garage for the same reason. One of the only two elevators constantly was under maintenance. I once got locked out at 3am because my door was broken and my key fob would not work (getting locked out happened several times). I have so many bad experiences I could share but what's important to note is that the Quarters tries hard to get new residents but does not take care of its current residents.
