CHEAPLY BUILT , you hear all your neighbors and their crying babies. No matter the time of day. Don’t let the Modern look fool you like it did me. It’s all the cheapest stuff you can buy/find. They did change the cabinet DOORS though. But if you walk through out the halls you will see the trash and cabinet pieces on the ground. They don’t answer the phone. Stood in front of one agent as my wife talked to him all staff in office but no one picked up the phone . Loved it when we first moved in 2023 but now can’t wait to run out of here. Since the original team has left it’s really bad here. The grounds aren’t kept clean, the dog park is just dirt. They haven’t properly power washed the halls but we kept getting emails saying power washing was in the progress or will continue soon that was last year. I attached photos of the walls and ceiling after their first attempt to power wash the 3rd floor and then my storage room being flooded. (Yes they helped dry it out) but the point of it is that it’s badly built and cheap. Dog poop every where. Hallways stink don’t even want my guest coming over due to the smell. Trash always overflowing in the dumpers or hallways. People leave trash out in front of it. You pay for trash pick up but they don’t always show and if you leave it out there instead of taking it out yourself you will be charged a fine. Only office staff that’s welcoming is Anthony. New assist manager guy don’t speak but will stare you down& will send Incorrect emails out and don’t take accountability but will make excuses. He always lies real bad. When they have people tour they don’t show you what your hallway will look like only the model home floor. They keep that floor clean. Be aware when you move in they don’t really go in and clean the unit they do the bare minimum so pay attention to old patched areas on the walls and ceilings. Half paint jobs that the tenants who moved out did not the maintenance people. PARKING IS TERRIBLE UNLESS YOU PAY FOR A SPOT BUT IT GOES UP ALMOST EVERY RENEWAL. Most of all their fees has gone up since we moved here but nothing has changed nor updated. The activities teams is really cool and honestly the best besides Anthony if you ask me. Just not worth the $1400+ . Can’t wait until we move. New staff do not care they only show up to work. I will updated yall on move out fees soon with more pictures and videos. Also maintenance pretty quick haven’t had an issue with them. Also be aware they will tow your car without warning but will send out emails saying they give warnings first that’s a lie. 2 stars ONLY for Anthony , maintenance team , activities team Please don’t get on here with a response lying because I will screenshot receipts and add more pictures. I have time !
