I had such a great experience touring the apartment, all thanks to Zariah. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and made sure to highlight features that matched my needs. Zariah was extremely knowledgeable about the property and answered all of my questions with confidence and clarity. She never made me feel rushed or pressured, which made the entire process feel comfortable and enjoyable. What really stood out was her positive attitude and how she went above and beyond to make sure I felt informed and confident in my decision. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about helping you find the right place, I highly recommend asking for Zariah. She made a lasting impression and turned what could have been a stressful process into a smooth and pleasant experience.

I had a shakey experience at Yardly Eden, and with the manager of the propertyJudy. There was a mix-up when selecting my unit, but the she truly went above and beyond to make things right. Their professionalism and willingness to fix the issue made a big difference and showed they genuinely care about their residents. One of the things I love most is the townhouse-style layout—no shared walls with neighbors, which gives a lot more privacy and a quiet, comfortable living space. Overall, I’m very pleased with how everything was handled and happy with my choice to live here. I will do a update on this place because it is a new build and we're the 1st ones the occupying this unit.

Zariah was so patient and professional. Addressed all of my questions regarding the property. I appreciated her tour through the beautiful model, she was so poise and patient. This is a great place! We’re absolutely loving it so far! It's got such a great vibe and feels incredibly homey. The whole process was surprisingly smooth, largely thanks to John. He was super informative, had all the answers to our questions, made everything straightforward, and kept us in the loop. Definitely a great experience!

Zariah was incredible, kind, and informative. She made our decision to choose Yardly Eden so much easier! We toured the Thrive floorplan which is a 2 bed 2.5 bath w/ a study and a little yard. They also have pet doors! They’re still under construction right now but I just know this community is going to be top notch when it’s completed. The prices are affordable, especially for a brand new home. We are so excited to move here in May!

I’ve had a really good experience with Yardly Eden so far. The community is nice and has a clean townhome style vibe. The staff has been helpful and easy to work with Judy (manager) and Zariah (leasing agent) were both great and made everything smooth. Overall, I’m happy with my experience.

What a beautiful property! The townhouses are incredible and have the most wonderful amenities and finishes. They will eventually have three bedroom villas. Stop by and meet Judy the manager, Carlos the maintenance supervisor, and the rest of the delightful staff. Maintenance free living is the way to go!
