Kendy and Maria have been a really good help Kendy is attentive polite and friendly. Nicest manager very patient and lovely thank you for having a good community here I love it here since the Management change

Since we are no longer going through thrid party management company i have seen very good changes in this apartment complex the management team we have right now is turning this apartment complex around making living here feel like home if you live sports the woodwind apartments are just a few blocks away from AT&T and Globe life field

If I could give 20 stars I would, Miss Maria and Andrea are the only reason I renewed. If they weren’t here I wouldn’t have renewed, once the 6 months are up if they aren’t here I don’t know what I’ll do. They’re amazing! I have been a tenant here for over 14 years and Maria and Andrea are the most amazing people and I pray that the company keeps them here because they solve all my issues in the blink of an eye! Please give me a respond to my request if we can keep Miss Maria and Andrea here so my mind can be relaxed and if there’s any reason to not keep them here please let me know why! Thank you! 🙏🏽

First let me start off with saying I absolutely love these apartments. No bugs for real, maintenance team is on point. And Maria the leasing lady does a fabulous job with making sure you’re well taken care of. As long as you communicate with her she’s very understanding. The community as a whole is very family oriented and college centered. I would highly recommend this place. Plus, if your a foodie or love the mall everything is within walking distance.
