Update: I've moved in and I still will give this place 5 stars. My apartment was very clean and newly painted when I moved in. The only issue I have had is the ice maker isn't making ice. I've submitted a maintenance request. This l the place is pretty quiet. Of course the location of these apartments are great. So overall, I'm pretty happy

I would NOT recommend these apartments to anyone because it’s just not worth the money I could go on forever but I’m going to list a few major reasons 1. Management sucks. Customer service is poor and the leasing agents at the office always act like you’re bothering them. Jordan, the manager, is not helpful either and you have to call several times to even get to him 2. Water supply is constantly being shut off to take care of repairs, at least two times a week and the hot water goes out frequently hence the sewer and water bill has doubled in the past few months 3. Most of appliances and fixtures in the house are outdated and need a serious upgrade 4. No ceiling fan and/or lights in some of the bedrooms and some of the light fixtures are hanging too low so you keep bumping into them if not careful 5. Guest parking is very limited. I had a car towed after registering it on the app as they said because they updated the parking rules and didn’t care to inform residents…ended up missing a day of work and paying $400 to retrieve the car. I was furious…the manager said there’s nothing they could do about it 6. The gym is small and could do with more & modern equipment I can’t wait to move in a few months when my lease is up!

The service I received from Alexis as a leasing agent was great! She answered all of my inquiries professionally and promptly. Always returned my calls, and never leaving me in the dark. Her follow up skills are outstanding! Its great to know customer service is still standing strong today.

OMG!!!! Let me start by saying, I just recently relocated from Michigan to Texas. Wanted to live close to where I worked and stumbled up on a GEM 💎. Wimbledon Oaks” The grounds are well kept. Well lit and has a feeling of safety. The office staff was absolutely amazing. (“Lillian” answered all my questions and totally helped me with the application process, from beginning to end. I’m not computer savvy and she handled me with kindness, patience and a smile. The verification process took no time at all. Before I knew it….. I had a New Home. 🏡🏡 Thank you Wimbledon Oaks for making my New Journey GREAT!!!

This apartment complex has been the worst living experience I have had to deal with. We moved in around July of 2023 and recently left as of October. In that time there have been 3 separate changes of management, each awful in their own ways. Upon moving in, we noticed a roach infestation. We tried everything from spraying to fumigations back to back but nothing worked. Not only that, Stephanie the OFFICE MANAGER, told the pest control man that it was likely our fault because we were "young and had to be dirty." In actuality, none of our things had even been unpacked due to the severity of the situation and it had only been days of us being there. Finally, we began the process of trying to get out of the lease by sending a certified letter detailing the conditions we moved into and what they didn't do to fix it. Finally they began to actually get to the root of the problem(however it was never eliminated, just decreased). Aside from the infestation, the apartment was not what we toured and was in fact not updated. the cabinets were falling apart, and due to the awful setup of the pantry, you could not even open up the fridge all the way. Melanie was completely unorganized and unable to invoice our rent correctly, and apparently left right before our move out. I'd like to note that during the management transitions, there does not seem to be any communication between the managers when they leave the property, so we ended up having to start over each time management changed. Finally, when we moved out we received what I thought would be our final invoice, (with incorrect charges on them). before I had the chance to call, one of the staff members called telling me my payment was due and if I didn't pay it they were going to send it to collections. After speaking to the brand new property manager, he fixed the incorrect charges but let me know that they actually had NOT done the final move out charges and said that I would receive it by email in a few days and it would be due 30 days after the date of that email. So you're threatening collections when you don't have the correct charges AND don't have the final move out fees? Also, as soon as I received the real email with the final invoice, I immediately got a call asking me when I was going to pay the balance. Please please please read the negative reviews. These are real people with horrible experiences no matter the property management.
