Westdale Apartments

I have lived at Westdale Hills Firestone since November 2023. It's a quiet and nice apartment, though a little outdated. My biggest issue is the reoccuring problem I'm having with the air conditioner in my unit. It stops blowing cold air. In the past, they fixed the problem in one visit. This time however, not only have they not fixed the issue, but they have been out twice and claimed the issue has been fixed. It has been over a week, and the thermostat tells me it is 82° inside my apartment. It did not go below 80° the entire weekend. I have two cats, this cannot go on.

This is my first time getting an apartment with Westdale Hills, and I have felt very welcomed throughout the entire process. I would especially like to thank Wanda and Aoani Gonzalez for their kindness and support. Wanda went above and beyond to help me. She stood by my side every step of the way and treated me with care and respect. She made the process much easier for me, and I truly appreciate everything she did. Because of her dedication and assistance, I am now happily settled into my apartment. I thank God for her life and for the wonderful work she does. She is a beautiful person with a caring heart, and I highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment to work with her. Thank you, Wanda and Alani, for making this experience such a positive one!
