Vail Cliffside Apartments

Please be aware of their application process. I was interested in the apartment and tried calling for two days before anyone answered. Eventually, the leasing agent, Valerie - who mentioned she was the only agent working there - returned my call and scheduled a tour. I liked the apartment and submitted my application. After applying, I repeatedly tried contacting the leasing office but received no updates, since I needed to give notice to my current apartment. With no communication from them, I had no choice but to renew my lease at my current apartment. Shortly after renewing, Valerie called to inform me that my application had been approved. I expressed my disappointment regarding the lack of communication and told her I no longer wished to proceed. Later, I received an invoice for a $250 cancellation fee, which I find unreasonable given the circumstances.

Upon my visit the phenomenal leasing agent Hal assisted me with viewing a unit and picking something that would be accommodating to all my needs in finding a new home his customer service was extremely exceptional as well as thorough to make sure all questions and concerns were answered. Also the property is beautiful would definitely recommend going to view this property when looking for a new home.

***Update: The Regional Manager, Lacey, has done an EXCELLENT job at doing her very best to correct the wrong that is listed below. Kudos Lacey! You are appreciated! :) To start, I was so very excited about leasing at this property. I applied for and was approved for a unit before any other potential new tenant, however, somehow the unit that I was approved for was given to someone else. I was given ZERO explanation as to WHY this happened other than the fact that this property works with a new 3rd party application company and the mistake happened on their end yet there is NOTHING anyone, including the 3rd party company, 100, can do about it. How is this right? And how is this fair? Beneficence and integrity are CRITICAL in business, yet, Vail has ultimately failed at providing both. Moreover, I have had issues with a lack of professionalism from both leasing agents, Cesar and Hal. The issue with Hal resulted in him becoming physically aggressive toward me by charging toward me because he seemingly didn’t like the conversation that I was having with the Property Manager. The Property Manager, Valerie, had to physically insert herself between him and I, as she redirected him away from our conversation. This happened on 10/14. I have requested that my issue with Hal be escalated because no one should have to be confronted by physical aggression and combative behavior by an employee. As a Registered Nurse, if I were to behave in the manner that Hal did toward a patient or their family members, I would have been terminated immediately. I was told by the Property Manager, Valarie, that is was escalated to the Regional Manager, yet I have not been contacted my him/her. I am aware of the potential for the Regional Manager to be busy, however, if a customer has filed a formal complaint of physical aggression and combativeness from an employee, I would think that this is a very serious issue that would be prioritized., yet I have yet to hear from anyone. In closing, the only TRUE and FAIR resolve is to make things right, which, even she, was unable to do. I did everything I was instructed to do by both leasing agents and the 3rd party vendor, 100, yet, the apartment that I applied to first and was approved for first was STILL given to someone else. The JUST thing to do would be to FIGURE OUT how to make things right, which no one seem to be able to do. I was going to move into another unit but after further thought, I realized that I should not have to be even further inconvenient by THIS COMPANY’S MISTAKE. Ps. Dear “OWNER” Your property manager, Valarie, said “there is nothing left for us to discuss & that the Regional Manager hadn’t reached out yet because she was “probably on PTO”.

I cannot say enough great things about Hal at Vail Cliffside Apartments! From the very beginning, he made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. His hospitality and professionalism are unmatched he answered every single one of my questions without hesitation and always made me feel comfortable and informed. Hal went above and beyond to make sure I understood every detail, and he truly made me feel valued as a future resident. The property itself is absolutely beautiful and welcoming, and I’m so excited to start this new chapter here. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about helping people find the right home, but Hal is definitely one of those people. If you’re looking for a place with amazing staff and a leasing experience that feels personal and genuine, ask for Hal you won’t regret it!

I must say I’m very pleased with everything. I moved in August, everything has been great! Ceasar is amazing . My move in process wasn’t stressful. The community is always clean . Maintenance requests are done in a timely matter! Office personnel very helpful and answers all your questions and concerns. The only thing that I don’t agree with is valet trash is only on Sunday-Thursday.. Everything is 10/10
