UTA’s all on campus apartments are good and decently priced but only for student.

Affordable for students, utilities included in the rent. No carpets in the unit, not sure why. Small kitchen, the the rooms are bigger. Call for maintenance and they'll be there to fix the issue within 2 days, and its unfurnished apartment.

Meadow run club has a well maintained pool to refresh and a good place for combined studies inside the community.

It's a well-appointed 50-square-meter space featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a charming pool. There are various study areas with multiple desks and relaxed seating, creating an environment conducive to focused work. Guests also have the convenience of a Keurig coffee maker. Additionally, there's a vending machine with a selection of soft drinks.

Good place to hangout and study.(plus the pool). Clean and well maintained. Carry your student ID with you to get in.
