Mavi is the best manager I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She cares about all her tenants. She definitely went above and beyond for me. Thank you, Mavi!

Though it’s been some time since I lived here I had moved in because of the fact that my husband and I were so impressed and happy with the management in the office. Not even a full month after living there they had replaced the management and they were HORRIBLE. I was pregnant and constantly being harassed by my up stairs neighbor who would call the cops on me consistently for “noise complaints” or “partying” when I was working full time, pregnant and lived there until my baby was 2 months. I would have police knocking on my door saying there were complaints about partying while I was actively breast feeding my child and sick with Mastisis after birth and hospitalized/ on bed rest for severe complications regarding blood clots. This harassment went on for so long the police had to write a statement that we were not the issue and eventually stopped responding to her calls all together. Despite having police reports that I was not being loud the apartment manager did not side with me. This complex told me to come back the following week to re sign my lease since I wanted to view and move up into a 2 bed room- they said I wouldn’t be able to view a 2 bedroom apartment and re sign my lease until the following week. Upon showing up to sign my lease with less than a month left to spare they informed me that not only would they refuse to re sign my lease for a new 2 bedroom but also they wouldn’t allow me to re sign my lease in my current 1 bed room. This gave me 2 weeks to find somewhere else to go while on unpaid maternity leave, with severe medical complications, and a 2 year old baby. They informed me that they put a notice on my door previous months or weeks prior (they didn’t) due to noise complaints and a smell of “marijuana” coming from our home while no one in my house smoked because of the baby. We even sat up hidden cameras and caught the maintainence man coming into our apartment without warning and nosing around. They moved him into our apartment that same week and we could not get any of our left belongings even though the month was not over. The office was ALWAYS closed and I was charged an insane fee that hit my credit hard despite cleaning top to bottom besides one missed closet we tried to come back for. It’s been several years and I haven’t been able to get ANYONE to tell me what this charge is for. My rent was always paid. No damages to the apartment. Moved out on time and gave no issues. Also you can’t control your own AC or heat and they falsely advertise this. Roaches everywhere. DONT LIVE HERE IF YOU WANT SANITY. Over 5 years later and they still won’t tell me why I owe money or what it’s for.. they treat their tenants terrible.

Mavi, one of the best apartment manager I every had she is patent and very thorough when explaining something i didn't understand. Also, I had a ceiling leak they got it resolved rightaway, small toilet leak it was fixed asap. I really like it here my neighbors are nice and respectable.

I came to visit a family member this weekend, and I loved how clean and kept the property was. I went to the office to ask about prices for the apartments for my son and Mavi was very nice and helpful. Definitely will let my son know that this is one of my top options.

The manager, Mavi is great! She's very patient and understanding. She explained everything and anything I didn't understand she would explain again. She treats people with respect and that goes a long way for me. She's amazing!
