These people offer $699 to move in as a special because they have wronged all the people who rent here karma for what they have done No renten aki management is still bad these places should be condemned they go into bankruptcy to avoid accountability switching to different management and owners stay untouched Gross business decisions

I’ve lived at this complex for the past 2 years and I had no issue with on-site maintenance or the leasing staff. Maintenance was very quick to answer to my requests and completed them in a timely manner and Shawn was very personable and helpful in every way. I recommend asking for Shawn, she is the best at what she does!

0/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND! The parking is honestly a nightmare. There are never enough spots for residents, and finding a place to park—especially in the evening—can take forever. Guests, such as myself, have it even worse, with little to no available visitor parking. I know some residents are incredibly frustrated to come home after a long day and still have to circle the lot multiple times. Management really needs to address this issue because it seriously affects the overall living experience.This apartment is not worth it honestly. You should be at peace when your home not riding around for hours for a park & worrying about your car being towed! I can’t wait until he moves out! What’s even more frustrating is that management’s solution is to pay extra for a garage. Residents shouldn’t have to spend more money just to have reliable parking—something that should already be adequately provided. It feels less like a solution and more like a way to shift the problem onto tenants.

It was pleasant living here until the parking situation became a nightmare. There isn't a single parking space available. The contract I signed entitles me to two free parking spaces, but they don't care. Now I'm going to pay for a covered parking space, but there aren't any. This means I can't even keep my car inside the complex where I live because there's no space for me, and it will get towed. If I get home from work and can't find a parking spot, I can't leave it inside the complex, even though it's registered.
