My overall experience with the the property and it's managers has been very great. Maintenance is responsive with workorders; especially repairs, and friendly. The management staff is super friendly and has been able to answer every question I have asked them. I will say, the parking situation is not the most ideal, but it could be worse. Make sure you factor in a parking spot with rent if you are not comfortable parking in a different spot every day. The groundskeepers seem to keep the place really tidy so that is a plus. Keep up the great work. I definitely recommend this complex if you are looking for a newer apartment without a lot of strings attached.

Apartment is beautiful but moves in barely a month already finding roaches they charge for everything and one key per person. There is no parking I mean definitely not enough for this apartment. Like 15 guest parking and definitely not enough for residence they make you pay for the covered parkings and garage parking which is over priced for no reason everyone is fighting for parking here

When I was first looking to rent here, the staff were extremely nice and acted like this was the perfect place to live. But once you sign the lease, you quickly realize they don’t tell you the full truth — especially about the parking problem. Each building only has 9 free parking spots but 12 apartments, so there’s never enough space for everyone. They have plenty of garages, but instead of making parking fair, they push you into paying extra for one. On top of that, they even charge for the gate remote, which should be included with your rent. It feels like they’re constantly looking for new ways to make money off residents. The friendliness before you move in quickly turns into constant fees, hidden issues, and frustration after you move in. Please save yourself the headache and do not rent here. This place is more interested in hustling every dollar out of you than actually providing fair, honest living conditions.

My experience living there for almost 15 months was amazing. Moved in when the apartments were freshly built. Anytime I needed something fixed, maintained came at their earliest convenience and got the job done. Shawn, Sarah, and Mrs. Carol better not ever leave. Great staff and they are very helpful, even when I got in their last nerves. The apartments are in a scary area, but gated at all times and very nice. I just pray that the tenants keep the property in great condition. If I didn’t have to deploy, I would’ve stayed. I Will miss them!

A Hidden Gem in the Area! I moved into this community in September 2024, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. Though the surrounding area may not have the best reputation, this gated community is truly a gem. The property is less than three years old, so everything feels brand new, and the level of maintenance is outstanding. The management team ensures that everything—from the office to the resident buildings—is meticulously cared for. I often see maintenance staff working hard to keep the community in top shape, which adds to the overall experience. The intelligent mail delivery system is a huge convenience, and the security of the fully gated environment gives peace of mind. For the price I’m paying, I couldn’t be more satisfied. Shawna, the community manager, is exceptional. She really listens to your needs and goes above and beyond to help you find the perfect home. If you’re looking for a well-maintained, secure, and welcoming place to live, I highly recommend checking this community out!
