Mr. Guillermo provided exceptional services by taking care of my two bathrooms sinks. He was kind and very professional. I recommend him if you’re in need of a 5 star kind of service.

Save your money and your sanity. Do not move here. The Highlights of Living Here: Predatory Fee Management: I recently updated my credit card and missed one update in their payment app. Did I get a courtesy notification or a "payment failed" alert? Of course not. They jumped straight to charging a heavy fee. They are absolutely fee-hungry; they don't care about residents, they only care about finding the smallest excuse to nickel-and-dimed you. The Midnight "Alarm Clock": The fire alarm system—the full-blast light and sound inside the bedrooms—is a joke. Every time it gets cold, it malfunctions and screams for 30 minutes straight. It has happened three times now, always in the middle of the night. Management clearly has no interest in fixing it. Zero Security & Maintenance: The parking gate has been broken for four weeks, along with several building entrances. Anyone can walk in. To make matters worse, the elevators have been out of service for a month, and the hallways are consistently filthy. It feels more like a neglected tenement than a "luxury" condo. Final Veredict: You are paying a premium for bottom-tier quality. You can find plenty of other options nearby for $400 less per month. I don’t know if those places are perfect, but at least the price would be honest. Here, you are being robbed twice: once by the rent and again by the constant fees.

We’re planning to move here 2026 and fell in love with these apartments and the area! Our leasing consultant Emma was so kind and funny. Our first appointment we were very late and she still accommodated us and made time to make sure we got a chance to tour these apartments. I highly highly recommend coming to see her if you’re thinking of moving here!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently toured the apartments with Tiara, and she was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she was so welcoming and personable. Tiara was thorough in explaining everything, answered all my questions, and her professionalism is truly unmatched. She made the whole experience fun and exciting — something I didn’t expect from a regular apartment tour! Thanks to her, this community has officially moved to the #1 spot on my list. Highly recommend working with Tiara if you’re looking for a new place!

I’ve had such a great experience living here! The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels very welcoming. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the amenities are always kept in great condition. I especially want to give a big shout-out to Sydney, the community manager. She always goes above and beyond to help residents, whether it’s answering questions, resolving concerns, or just making sure everyone feels at home. Her professionalism and friendly attitude truly make a difference in the community.
