Good morning, I am writing to formally report a situation that has made me feel uncomfortable and that I believe is important to bring to your attention. I would like to start by saying that I truly like the apartments and, overall, I am happy living here. However, I have had uncomfortable experiences with a member of the maintenance staff. Some comments that have been made to me feel inappropriate and have caused me discomfort. Because of this situation, I have avoided contacting the office to request maintenance for my apartment, as I no longer feel comfortable having interactions with this individual. My intention in reporting this is not to create conflict, but to feel safe and comfortable in my home. I would appreciate it if this situation could be reviewed and if any necessary steps could be taken to prevent future discomfort. I’m very happy with Angélica and Luis’s work. However, I do feel a bit uncomfortable with the maintenance person. Thank you for your time and understanding.

Absolutely love living in my apartment first of all the staff/manager, very respectable people, They greeted me with open arms, to be expected when trying to get a apartment, but the greeting didn’t stop there it went on, friendly and very helpful still to this day, they have not changed very friendly, love their attitude, and especially Angelica love her, when looking for an apartment make sure that they are easy to talk to and make you feel right at home, cute apartment and maintenance is always on time, check us out over here🛌🏚️🤎

In the past, we have had some unpleasant dealings with the office staff. But now there has been a complete turn around. Angie is great to work with. She is most helpful. She and Luis are professional, yet friendly. With them, I will just stop by to say hello. Being 84 yrs old, sometimes people don't listen and just dismiss your issues, but I'm pleased to say that the new office staff are the best to have here. They are "keepers".

I know these positive reviews HAVE to be written by friends/family because there is no truth behind any of them. The office manager, Angelica, is extremely rude and unprofessional. She lacks very basic customer service and treats residents with zero respect! Every interaction with her is unpleasant and dismissive. The complex itself is disgusting — roach-infested, despite a monthly pest control fee (which is a joke, because I’ve never seen them spray my unit). The breezeways and stairs are filthy, and parking is a nightmare with no available spaces most of the time. Future tenants: stay away. And corporate: Angelica’s behavior is unacceptable and reflects horribly on your property. Good thing that her sidekick, Luis, is no longer here. He was also very unprofessional. Can not wait until this lease is up!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Angelica. From start to finish, she was professional, kind, and genuinely attentive. She brings not only skill and expertise to what she does but also a personal warmth that makes working with her a pleasure. Angelica goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right, and her attention to detail is exceptional. You can tell she truly cares about the quality of her work and the satisfaction of those she helps. I felt listened to, supported, and appreciated throughout. Your amazing!
