So no hot water no maintenance and office is closed for the month.. why? So if there's an issue you're screwed.

My leasing agent Denise was super nice. She’s extremely helpful and so was the manager. They work with you and do their job very well. Highly recommend specially if you need a second chance to rent (obviously case by case). Denise and Lorena will truly make you feel like youve found a home.

Twice the maintenance people have used the electricity socket outside my apartment, at my balcony and the one outside my front door. Both times my electricity went up because they would connect a drilling machine and let it run for hours. I have asked them if it’s charging me and they said it’s linked to the office meter. Then boom my bill came at $379 the first time then this time it was $489. I went to the office to see what they were willing to do to help me pay since it’s due to their heavy machinery using my meter , but nooooo they just looked at me with no care whatsoever and watched me crying on how they expect me to come up with that money. I really don’t have much to say about this but you think about it. My lease says my rent is $1224 but every month I’m paying $1550 or $1450 and paying for things we never used for 3 years I’ve stayed here. The pool and gym never work. You two ladies in the office are evil and heartless.

If you want to be flooded with sewage water, have a pool that's never open, have hot water only 3 days a week on average, have a massive puddle that can destroy your car's suspension, have terrible customer service, and have cockroaches everywhere due to the sewage water. This is your place 👍. Little update. We have been without hot water for like 2 or 3 weeks, that's an improvement I guess. For real, don't come here please 😂😂. Kids literally play here in this complex surrounded by feces

Okay here's my update!, the amount they charge for the utility bill on top of your rent is outrageous how am I paying over $280 on a utility bill that does not include light? it's only water, sewer, trash and drainage. And to top it all off they are charging me $30 a month for "amenity fees" the gym and pool and yet it's not open I've been talking to different residents that have been here for years and neither the gym or the pool have ever been open. So what are you charging me for because the assistant manager just says oh next week, next week we're waiting on corporate! we're getting digital keys come back next week I've been here for almost 5 months and every time I ask is the same response. ***Review will be updated if needed once I move in*** Wow ok I haven't even moved in yet and I'm already having problems!! I am supposed to move in on the 1st of April, and now the manager is telling me she does not see me on the move list for next week.!!!!!!
