The Paisley at Arlington Apartments

I’ve lived here for five years, and the current property manager, Bryan, has been great to work with. He is professional, kind, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents and the condition of the property. Any questions or maintenance issues are handled promptly, and communication is always clear. The community is well maintained, and it’s been a consistently positive living experience. I would definitely recommend this property.

If it was bad I would post it so here is the good!!! This is my post move in review as of my move in date two weeks ago. My first review was when I toured the property. Quite honestly I have nothing bad to say only good! Rubi and the manager, I am sorry her name slips my mind but they have literally been the best! The grounds are clean (thank you maintenance team!!!) and for me personally that really matters because the outside reflects the inside. I may have been a little high maintenance in the first week but they worked their powers and made me feel like they care (this is huge) and I have nothing to worry about. I have submitted one or two maintenance request for minimal things and it seemed to me like they ran to take care of my issue. I love my apartment! I understand they are at capacity so I was a little concerned about parking availability or noise in the evenings and weekends but even with the holiday weekend we just went through it was nice and quite. The one thing I don't like is the visitor parking, all visitors have to pay to park every time. If this part could be modified to allow regular visitors payment options after so many visits or just allow a few free visits per week this place would literally be perfect, the all bills paid is so convenient for my budgeting. I hope the parking thing can be something that gets modified, if it does in my time as a resident I would be glad to give y'all 5 stars. Thank you to the Paisley team, I look forward to posting my lease renewal review in 12 months. Oh and I got one month rent free as my move in promo, Love that!!!

I visited The Paisley at Arlington Apartments on a scheduled appointment for a tour since I was interested in renting one of the apartments. Unfortunately, I was a few minutes late due to traffic. The 2 ladies I found were cold and unfriendly. One lady referred me to her colleague; who for the 5 minutes I was there never even raised her head to look at me. Her eyes were fixed on her computer as she slurped hard while blowing her chewing gum. She informed me that it would not be possible to do the tour and that I should book another appointment. I was left feeling frustrated and humiliated. I will definitely not return and will not be renting here.

They do not care about their residing residents at all and nothing is up to date you call the hotline to file a noise complaint and they say they no longer service the complex its annoying because nobody keeps their word or is even in the office or answer there phones to help you… should hire a weekend security to make sure residents are following protocol or youll be up all night by banging beats loud balcony noises and marijuana smoke blowing your way, dogs barking constantly and people fighting and parking in your spot theres no order here and they do not care about their residing residents. Wheres the loyalty??Im done being nice

Beautiful and clean Community. Amazing Maintenance Team. Fantastic Apartment Homes with excellent Renovated finishes. The Manger Sandy & her leasing Jennifer are always so helpful and makes the process so smooth and easy. Looking for a place to call home Paisley is it!!
